The best customer service! She was very helpful, and helped me get on my way with what I needed. The water is really good, and their options for dispensers helped me make a custom choice!

Great customer service! When I call they are always very helpful and flexible. Their water is delicious and delivery is very convenient. I have never had any problem with them. It’s the best water around.

!!BEWARE! Their system is flawed and accountant is incompetent. I have been charge twice for water because the person at the counter cant write out a receipt correctly, therefore add charges to my account instead of showed it was paid. Verbally told I could pay my account(rental fee) when I come in to pick up more water and over a year later get a bill with«late fee» charges. Partial my fault but after a year if you are going to go to change your practices, let your customers know. And last straw — asked if they had online payment and told unfortunately«no» but then my payment(cashiers check) conveniently gets lost somewhere between the post office and their store. So, double charge water $ 11. 2 month late fee $ 10. Lost payment and late fee $ 17.Total $ 38 of extra charge! in a year and a half time. When I canceled my service, Angela proceeded to tell me that all of this is not their fault BOOOOOOO McKenzie Mist!!!
