Probably the worst service I have ever received from a service company. Dropped my boat off in August and the boat was not complete till may. During the time Mel’s had my boat the boat cover was destroyed and somehow they blamed me for the cover getting completely destroyed from rain collecting in it and ripping to pieces. Not to mention I never received a call to let me know my boat was exposed to the elements of the winter weather till it was time for my boat to get picked up. When they did contact me and let me know my boat trailer and gel coat repair was complete, I arrived to find the gel coat repair was less than complete and my brand new black trailer had white overspray all over it. It took a couple more times for them to get it right and getting it right they did not.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Medford, OR
Just bought a Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18, made the trip from Medford to Eugene. I think the name of this company is a bit deceiving, it is really a large operation with a million dollar Showroom and modern service facility. They have the full spectrum of boats, from super high end bass boats to affordable pontoon boats. I guess the most important part was the service, from the very beginning they made it clear they wanted my business. I worked with two people there, Kyle Lemmon in sales and then Kelli Baldovinos in documentation. Both were excellent and made the boat buying experience that much better. Also have to mention their service tech who explained the in’s and outs of the boat, he really seems to care about his customers.
