If you’re looking for an agent that will explain to you what coverage you’re getting and will make sure you have all the coverage you need, then I would recommend Michael. They were all very nice and friendly, but they were always quick to call when payment or paperwork was necessary. After cooperating and working with them for months, it was decided without any reasoning that they could no longer provide me with my insurance needs. Overall, I am disappointed with how I was treated and now feel as though they took my business only to get whatever money they could, even if only temporarily.
