I placed a mail order with Oregon Flavor Rack on September 1, 2011. I was sending a Garlic Lovers Garlic to my Daughter in Seattle Wa. After about two weeks and several left messages, I got in touch with David «the owner», who was very nice over the phone. He told me «he shipped the order on the 2nd of Sept., I was assured that the package «should have got there by now.» It has not.
I have made many more attempts to reach Oregon Flavor Rack, by leaving messages, calling and getting just the voice mail.
My advise is NOT TO BUY ONLINE, and think about getting your garlic at another business, that knows how to send packages.
I this point, several weeks later, I have nothing by a out of pocket expense of $ 43.21.
