Went to my first ever physical therapy appointment a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how caring and gentle the staff here is. I feel like I was really heard and given great advice. So glad I came here.

I developed a little bit of tendinitis in my elbow and started coming here to get relief. Laura the Physical Therapist, is a really nice lady who is quite knowledgeable in what she does. She uses new techniques like Kinesio Tape. I’m not explaining what it is… Google it if your that curious ;)
Heat wraps, Cold wraps, deep tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, they do all of the above. I even learned a few mechanical things about my body I never realized which will help me stay more physically healthy in the long run.
I would for sure recommend checking this place out for any needed Physical Therapy.
