I had a issue where I needed to move in before the date that I gave them and they had no problem with it and gave me a pro-rated rate which was very helpful. Also, after I was approved they let me know that there would be a new fridge and stove coming in and were very quick about having those installed in the apartment.
Overall great people the two maintenance guys Ray and Darrin are both very nice and helpful. I plan to extend my lease knowing that the property management has your back.

I went to view a place, looked nothing like the photos, the pictures were probably 10 years old. The guy told me the cleaner had been there the day before but the smell in there was so pungent that It was burned into my nose 3 hours after. I don’t think the carpets had ever been cleaned. There was a door barely hanging on the hinges and was cracked all over like someone took an axe to the door like the movie the shining. I don’t know why a property management company would let a place go that bad. Obviously they don’t care to put money into places to keep them up.

This is a smaller property management company that is basically run by one guy. Thankfully that one guy is friendly, professional and usually quite responsive. The application and move-in process were smooth, and when I had to move out early they let me find a subletter and get out of my lease with no extra fees that many other rental companies would try to tack on.
The only real drawback was the absence of an online rent payment option or at least a conveniently-located drop-box.
