Sage Inspections

Irik and Sage Inspections were far more helpful than I could imagine! This is my first house purchase, and thus my first home inspection. My relator had a different inspector lined up, but it was going to take too long before they could make it to the house. I was able to get in touch with Irik on a Friday afternoon, and he was there to inspect the house the following Monday.
Upon arriving after the inspection, he walked me through some of the «larger» findings in the house, as well a very detailed pictures. He assured me that a full report would be in my hands within 24 hours, and he delivered it via e-​mail within 8 hours of completion. A very detailed 31 page report of his findings including full color pictures as well as a list of recommendations.
He was very knowledgeable about all of the questions I had, and very responsive to e-​mails and well as phone calls and text messages throughout the process. On top of everything he was at least 15−20% cheaper than the other inspectors I contacted, and far more personable than any of them! I’d gladly recommend him to other friends looking to purchase a home, and will gladly be using him again and again! Thanks Irik!
