We’ve been renting with Sage for about 4 years, but alas, the time has come for us to move on. My husband and I have rented through a few different agencies in the Eugene and Roseburg area and this company is by far the best we’ve ever worked with. Maintanance issues are always taken care of in a timely manner and they make sure the property is safe and beautiful year around. Our apartment with them is probably the best we’ve ever had as well, it was clean and in good working order when we moved in and I’ve watched work crews clean and repaint whenever a tenant moves out. I wish they had properties where we are going!

Nice apartment, good environment and landscaping at location. Hands-​off management with good service and timely communication. Good price for what the apartments offer, although this out-​of-​stater is not used to so many charges at move-​in and move-​out. Welcome to the west coast, I suppose. :)
