I had a major problem with an iMac I had just purchased from them. They took care of the problem with no hassle. I have been a customer of theirs for many, many years and with the business name change I feared that other things might change for the worse. That was not the case at all. Top notch customer service. Thank you guys.

Nice bunch of people to work with, friendly, more than willing to answer «dumb» questions. Bought my first IMac from them got the one on one training/​help, was well worth it.

Nick was superlative in his product knowledge. He just got back from 3 day Apple training in Salt Lake City.
This store is just as good in its expertise as a full blown Apple store. You can get One on One training as well a Genius level technical service.
I’ve been in Apple stores in San Francisco and Palo Alto CA.
Nick with excellent customer service skills. I’ll be buying my next Iphone and laptop here.
