We’re VERYLUCKY folks to live in a town with multiple record shops… and neither disappoint!!! They both have their charms and unique selections so visit often, bring money… and spend it on records!!! I like the staff here… very nice and a fun and friendly atmosphere, with lots of non-vinyl choices too, like tons of CDs, sweet posters, and mini Jesus figurines.

There are lots of stuff to look at. It’s overwhelming. Merchandise is everywhere. Everything is colorful. It smells like old plastic and wood too. There are listening stations and a TV that I had to search for. The listening by station has two magazines to sort through. The samples are stacked horizontally on the CD player but for purchase assorted vertically on the display underneath the buttons. There are instructions on display too. Make good use of those. You can’t fast forward through any of the songs. The volume button does not work that well today. I marked it as expensive because most things I saw were at normal price or above even though everything I way outdated and if sold individually be worth less then pennies. Maybe if you are a collector or something this place would be good. I have not checked the website to see if they have a good index. People use vinyls but not tapes. There’s lots to do and lots to buy here and they have free stuff.

Definitely one of the few good record stores here in Eugene. Here they place a huge emphasis on CDs but they also have a good amount of vinyl on hand. Especially new releases. A con is how the stock is limited. What I mean is that whenever I’ve gone through the«New Arrivals» bin, there haven’t been any really great finds. Neither in the stocked bins either. A lot of it is the typical $ 3 – 8 record. Only once have I found a couple of decent finds(Green Day — Trè Hot Topic exclusive on yellow vinyl, and a beautiful copy of KISS self titled debut). Other than that, it’s scarce. Staff are nice and enthusiastic about their jobs. I’ve had superb service every time I’ve come. One trip I even struck up a conversation with one of the cashiers and he gave me a list of venues and punk shows around town. That was greatly appreciated. Overall, it’s a good record store and I’ll continue to come by every so often and hope to find some choice albums.

Very nice people who work there. I could easily spend all afternoon there, looking at all the records. Its like an oasis out in the hot desert. Its a COOL place to spend money on great music.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this record store. Decent trade in value for your stuff. An amazing LP collection with some cool hard to find things. Great shop. Punch cards are a big plus too.

Stopped-by and scored a bunch of used and new vinyl… their used vinyl selection is much better then the other record stores in Eugene. Their vinyl rock selection was well stocked and I picked-up the Rolling Stones Some Girls album in great condition for only $ 8, RadioHead’s Rainbow album, and got some killer $ 1/album deals on Joe Jackson and Warren Zevon. Only wish they had a listening station.
