This is a very typical Subway, however what stands out and earns it 5 stars is the service. The restaurant is clean, it’s been remodeled fairly recently, and it’s comfortable. Bathrooms are always clean, although it’s weird there’s no mirror in it. Food is standard, typical Subway food. It’s good, but nothing is special in regards to the food. The service is wonderful though. I go in about 1 – 2 times a month in the early morning(6 – 7 am) and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are happy to be there, talkative, and make great sandwiches. They always ask questions, never assuming things like I want my sandwich toasted, or that I don’t know my sandwich comes with double cheese. I ask for extra of certain veggies and light amounts of others. They are always accommodating and never act like it’s an inconvenience or I’m a pain in the ass. They are more than happy to do what’s asked. I feel like I get my money’s worth at this particular location more than others because not only are the employees helpful and give great service, but they make my sandwich exactly the way I want it, and it’s perfect. They also don’t skimp on the veggies when you ask for extras. So it’s never a flat sandwich. I despise paying $ 7 – 8 for a flat sandwich that has 3 pickles, 3 olives and enough spinach or lettuce(filler as I call it) to choke you to death. I also love the fact that they are open 24 hours. So I can go grab a quick sandwich on my way to work when everything else is closed, and have a good meal that fills me up on the go.

I don’t usually review fast food type places, but I just had to give props to this particular Subway. The sandwiches, of course, are just like every other sandwich I’ve had at other Subway locations. However, one plus is that they have provolone – sometimes when I hit up a Subway they don’t have provolone. But I’ve never been disappointed with my sandwich here; it’s always been just as I had expected. The reason I’m reviewing this one, though, is the service. Every time I have gone in, I have had some of the most wonderful service I’ve ever received at a takeout/fast food type establishment. When I walk in, all the employees are smiling and making small talk with the customers. They seem to genuinely care about making the experience positive for the customer. Even during rushes, they are extremely patient with what I can only term«difficult customers.» Although the food is very average, I will definitely be back to this location for its sheer convenience(proximity to law school), relative affordability, awesome hours(24 hours!) and the positive experiences I’ve had with the employees!

I came here almost every day this past summer. My order was always pretty much the same, foot long turkey with onions, pepper, and american cheese, with 2 chocolate chip cookies. Without fail, this place is consistently the same quality, just what I want from a sandwich place. Though, one time, my cookies were dry. I suspect the cookies were baked a day or two earlier. Some days there would be a longer line than others, but the sandwich professionals knew what they were doing and efficiently made everyone’s order without giving a fuss.

Subway’s always been acceptable to me. Not great, but a solid three stars. The bread can be too dry, but if it’s fresh, it’s very edible. It’s the meat that I have a bigger problem with though. For example, in the cold cuts combo, that’s supposed to include salami, all meats are in fact turkey based, even the salami, despite the fact that they sell REAL salami. Today may have been the last time I go to Subway though. The Philly Cheesesteak, on flatbread, is usually pretty good, even if there’s a tiny bit of mustiness to the meat. However, today the meat was so severley lacking consistency, it almost fell apart into crumbs and paste. I simply couldn’t finish it. I tried to scrape it off my bread, but the pastier parts were inseperably attached to the bread. Eventually I gave up, ate the rest of my chips, and walked out hungry. So Subway, I think I’m done with you. It’s been good, well, –okay-, while it lasted, but there are better places to go for a sandwich.(For example the Campus Sub Shop)

Went in for a sandwich, found a glowering worker. Didn’t ask if I’d like my sandwich toasted, just tossed it in the bag and sent me on my way, scowling the whole time. Food tastes fine as far as subway goes, but even for fast food the service was a joke. Won’t be going back, especially with so many better nearby options.

We came in first thing in the morning, when the bread and cookies were just getting out of the oven. Man, the place smelled good! The woman behind the counter was very friendly, and patient with us asking all our questions [Do you have provolone at this location? Avocado?]. The food was fresh and tasty, with the ingredients not looking like they’d sat out too long from previous days. The cookies & breads were fresh, which also made a huge taste difference.

5-star, indeed as far as Subways go this is the nicest one I’ve visited in the US(for some reason an Subway I once visited in Mexico was rather ‘upscale’). Check out the picture I posted, this place is nice and clean, its like a Starbucks. Subway sandwiches in general are great and the reason is because you are accountable for the results! If your sandwich sucks its your fault, you probably asked for something disgusting, like mayo.
