Rachel is the best. Its such a comfortable environment. I love how professional she is. And very informative. I’ve never tried Brazilians before and I’m so glad that I didn’t bother with wax. Sugar is so much nicer you don’t get the red irritated skin, or the pain. The sugar just take the hair not the skin like waxing does. Try it you won’t regret it.

Only one in Eugene and she’s got it goin on! I was scared to try it but I am never going back to shaving and never trying waxing ever. She’s extremely informative, patient, friendly, professional and gentle. Rachael is the best! She’s knows exactly what to do for you and knows what’s best for your skin/​body. She listens to what you want and that is very important. No complaints here. And my skin feels amazing! Not only does it take care of hair but it also exfoliates the skin. I used to get nasty bumps all the time from shaving but no more! It’s so silky smooth and when my hair grows back its more fine and less itchy. Love it!!!

When I decided to have my first Brazilian, I looked at just about every place in Eugene and debated who to call. Needless to say, I was super nervous, but I am SO glad that I ultimately decided to go to Rachael. I have continued to go every month since.
Her friendliness made me feel so comfortable — she is a very down-​to-​earth girl who isn’t judgmental at all. I was really worried about finding someone I would feel comfortable enough with to let them wax me down there. I didn’t want some ditzy girl who could gossip about my body, and Rachael is definitely not that! I always feel comfortable and that I am in a safe environment.
She is so knowledgeable — my first appointment she explained the whole process and why sugaring is better for your skin than waxing. She uses gloves and clean equipment. You can tell that she really knows what she is doing.
She is also very flexible — she has always worked with me and my crazy schedule to find a time that works for us both in order to have my wax done.
Sugaring really is great. She warms the sugar mixture, which isn’t hot but just warm enough to make the wax come out as a clear putty that kind of looks like tree pitch. She rolls it in a ball and then spreads it over your skin so it picks up all the hairs. It’s all natural which is great because I have super sensitive skin and get ingrown hairs even from shaving, but hardly ever get them from sugaring! I never have any wax left over on my skin, either… When she’s done she wipes the skin down with water (the wax is 100% soluble since it’s natural) so all I am left with is smooth, calm skin.
I am happy with my wax every single time. I hope she never moves out of town because I will never go back to regular waxing — sugaring all the way!

Best hair removal experience I’ve ever had! Rachel was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the results were amazing. After several waxing attempts with pain, inflammation and ingrown hairs I was hesitant to try a bikini wax again. After my appointment, I had very little redness and no ingrown hairs. My results are still good over a month later. I would definitely recommend sugaring and Rachel for anyone who does hair removal.
