There are few times I actually go on someone’s website and leave a review. is one of those few times the gentleman I just talked to you on the phone from T-​Mobile so uninterested in my issue and so rude I actually literally heard him in the background say oh God. he sounded like a lame little Nancy any way. seriously in all my days I’ve never had some one be so beliggerant the owner should be ashamed for employing such a uncaring little worm.

The worst customer service ever. If brought my iPhone 5s in, and they told me I would trade in that for $ 288. However I ended up getting $ 80 credit only! I went there and argued with them, so they agreed to give me additional $ 60. Their attitude was so negative, and tried to get rid of their responsibility. I would NEVER GO this store again.

Horrible customer service. I went in to check about an upgrade on my galaxy s3. They talked me into a «free» upgrade to a S-​4. 6 months later the charge port on the phone wore out. I bring it in no problem we will cover that with the «warranty». Two weeks later T-​mobile sends me a letter saying my phone had damage to the charge port and they charged me 175 $ for my (free) Warranty replacement. So I canceled the service. Find out I’m on some kind of pay by monthly equipment plan that I knew nothing about, and that’s 350 $ to cancel early with an additional $ 50 for early termination fee on 1 month left of a 2 yr contract. Anything else? It was worth it just to get away from these crooks and their shabby business practices. Cheap unlimited plans? Only until you try to quit the service. And beware of the «free warranty replacement». And stay away!

Horrible customer service. I have had issues with my billing for months and the manager named Brodey will not return my phone calls. He is never in the store when he is supposed to be so I cannot even get my issue addressed in person. The other in store representatives are rude and unhelpful and they refused to give me their names!
