After one of the worst phone calls in my life to Clear in regards to poopy internet connections, Kenny at T3 Tech solutions made my day. I had just spent 40 minutes on the phone with one of the most blatantly rude tech support (if you can even call her that) operators. She interrupted me frequently and treated me like I barely had two brain cells to rub together, but I’ll save this for another review. At the end of that call I was as done as a well roasted thanksgiving turkey. DONE. I found T3 Tech Solutions online and had the pleasure of speaking with Kenny. He was clear, concise and flexible when it came to our needs and budget. I would definitely recommend discussing your needs with T3 Tech Solutions before trying to soldier through another excruciating call center experience.
