I loved the girl who did my hair and makeup but she was rushed and didn’t do my hair the way I wanted. I accepted what she did and then found out it cost me $ 50 for something I could have done, easily, on my own. I thought my curls would at least stay in throughout my prom night, I was wrong. They fell out after an hour and I contacted the girl who did my hair immediately. She simply apologized and suggested no sort of refund or discount. Later on I called the manager and she said that I won’t receive any sort of anything for the bad service. I don’t recommend going to this salon for any services.

Friendly staff and warm environment is the reason I’m even giving any stars… Worst waxing experience ever. Tried The Seasons after losing an amazing esthetician and it by far has scarred me for life. The owner claimed to be very experienced yet it was the most painful Brazilian I’ve ever had. The amount of hair she missed made me want to ask for a refund! Not to mention, I was red and bumpy for over 3WEEKS!!! NEVER did that happen to me with my previous esthetician. Still on the hunt for a new esthetician but my experience at the Seasons has caused a great deal of anxiety trying anywhere new. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

I visited this salon for the first time on 12⁄23 to have my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I am a natural blonde so my eyebrows are nearly non existent to the naked eye, so I was very intrigued by the portfolio shots offered on their website for people with similar complexions to mine. I will have to say that it was very shocking to see them done with color afterwards, but Michelle did a wonderful job. Not only was the graphite color perfect but she did a wonderful job giving my brows shape. I would say the color faded perfectly within two days. I even enjoyed the waxing. I will be returning regularly for this upkeep. On a housekeeping note: I was greeted at the door, offered a beverage, and was made very comfortable while Michelle got her room set up for me. Thank you, Seasons, for a great first experience.

I’ve only been here once in August 2013 when I was visiting my boyfriend in his hometown. I needed a Brazilian wax but as most college students I wasn’t willing to spend $ 80 in an unknown town. So I looked through Oregon news and found a deal for students. I’m a huge fan of European wax on the east coast, but this place was so much more unique and the additional treats were even better! They served delicious cold iced coffee and adorable cute cupcakes from a nearby bakery. The owner did the waxing and was very professional. She gave good advice and told me about serious serum– great for ingrowns. Overall, it was much better than I had expected. The only issue is that I couldn’t come back again!

My daughter and I went in for side-by-side end of term pedicures. We both had a great experience. The old house is beautifully decorated and wine, tea, lemon water and goodies were available. The spa offers a variety of services and we will be returning.

Gotta go see these wonderful women! Great service, great products, such relaxation and pampering! YEARS of combined experience and such a cute little spot. I feel instantly at home when I walk in the door and you can’t beat Kahlua and cupcakes(even at 9:30 in the morning, if you are so adventurous :). Of course, one can also opt for some delightful tea or coffee, too). Gonna be doing all my services here and can’t wait to get my mom in later in the month for her birthday service.

The nicest spa/salon I have seen in Eugene. The entire staff was so helpful, sincere, and kind. Can’t wait to go back for my body treatment on Wednesday! Definitely recommended for U of O students(great discounts!) and Eugene locals alike!

Although Seasons itself is new, these are talented, seasoned local pros. The spa building was warm, welcoming and full service. Cupcakes, infused water and great customer service were all on display. Nothing left to chance here. There was plenty of free parking in the lot behind the neat old building. Bryer, as always, gives the best service and is a skin care expert extraordinaire. I look forward to watching this business become an institution in Eugene.

This beautiful old house has been transformed into a relaxing and welcoming space. I had an amazing pedicure and manicure and will be back soon. Everything about the spa is lovely, from the décor(amazing chandeliers) to the products(fabulous) to the service. State of the art experience!

Wonderful spa with wonderful people! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, open and yet nice and intimate. I love it! I come here for manicures and facials. Did I mention wine and cupcakes with your spa or salon service? It’s icing on the cake.
