I WISH that I could give this pharmacy a minus five stars. I meant that from the bottom of my heart BTW folks. Just a stupendous group of Pharmaceutical Pro’s here all day & night ready to disrespect you at the drop of a hat… So, let’s break out the cheese and crackers and pull up a chair for this one. It gets great! The«Lady» whom I am dying to say her name but for the sake of potentially being sued for a defamation lawsuit I will show much restraint. It is kinda like a five-year-old on Christmas Eve who opened his biggest present and re-wrapped it just to act ecstatic on Christmas Morning as if he had never opened up the present in the first place. You all get my drift, I’m sure of it! Long story short. One of the Pharmacist folk here has a super bad attitude and will not adjust to yours and my attempts at true kindness. Some folks get mad even with a hug and a handshake to go with a smile. Sad.

I like this particular Walgreens because I know when you go to most of them the staff can have an overwhelming tendency to give you the feeling you are doing something wrong, even when you are not. I have heard this from many people. I don’t feel that here. I usually use high end make up, but there has been times when I have been in need of drug store make up, and they have a great selection. I also like the selection of the Holiday Isles they usually provide. I feel like a kid in a candy store… Well it is a candy store! Ha! I try to avoid the candy isles! They have great deals on the box candy, if you are in to that sort of thing. Great for stockings, Easter, before movies, Valentine’s Day, and the list goes on. I have gone here for vitamins, or cold meds, or other miscellaneous items. The latest cool item, was dry shampoo that I didn’t think I would like. I usually like the salon brands and spend $ 30 or more on it. This one is the travel size, as I don’t use it often. But I just wanted to let you all know this stuff works as good as Kevin Murphy, Bumble and Bumble, and Unite. I almost forgot the one thing I do not like about this store is the pharmacy. They get your info wrong, they are slow, and I would have to agree with all the other reviews on here about the pharmacy. Other than that I like the store.

This«drugstore«with posted pharmacy hours of 8A to 10P actually closes for lunch on weekends. I saw 5 customers leave while I waited, but since my prescription was faxed in I was forced to wait. Save some time, go down the street to Fred Meyer where they budget to be fully staffed for the hours they claim to be open.

If I could I would give this store ZERO stars! I ordered two prints from online to be picked up at this location. I was informed by the site that my prints would be ready that Thursday by 10:45 am. I went there, on my lunch break, in traffic at 4 o’clock that Thursday and the only person behind the photo counter was the man there to fix the machine. I waited and waited while he tried to flag somebody down for me and I finally went behind the counter myself to look for my pictures. They weren’t there. Finally, after another 10 minutes and me going up a second time to ask for help, a man came over to help me. He informed me that the machine has been down for two weeks. I asked him why was I not informed of this when I ordered the pictures, but instead, was told they would be ready by now. He pretty much called me a liar and said that the website said that there was a problem with the machine and they would be ready as soon as the machine was fixed. He said he was looking on the website just then. I told him, «I’m not lying. I don’t care what the website says NOW, when I ordered them on Monday, they said today after 10:45 am.» He kept arguing with me and said, «The machine has been broken for two weeks and the website has had that information on there for two weeks.» I finally gave up and asked to speak with the manager. A short, portly man, with glasses came over and I complained to him that I had to wait 15 minutes for pictures I was told we’re going to be ready, only to find out that the machine was down. He then informed me that the website said they would be ready as soon as the machine was fixed. I told him it did not say that when I ordered the pictures, it said that they will be ready Thursday by 10:45AM. He immediately got defensive and said, «I don’t have anything to do with the website.» Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or try to make it right, so I left. Their service is horrible and from management, nonetheless. Never shopping there again. I now order all my prints from Wal-Mart.

Truly unimpressed with the staff in the pharmacy. I choose to fill prescriptions here because the hours of operation suit me. The iPhone app is convenient to use as is the drive thru. Wait times can be lengthy and you won’t get a thank you for your patience. If you expect a smile and an easy going attitude you may want to try a different pharmacy.

This review is ONLY for the pharmacy. In my limited dealings with the other areas of the store, I’ve found the employees to be very nice, especially the cashiers they have. However, this pharmacy overall is terrible. When you drop off a prescription, it always takes longer than they say. So you could be sitting there waiting for a very long time. Or, you may never get it if you don’t wait around. This has been less of an issue for me until today, although it’s something I’ve noticed every visit. I had a 2 pill prescription called in today, that I need for an appointment tomorrow. Literally 2 pills, that’s it. Not a weird drug either. I called to ensure it was called in, and asked when it’s be ready. I was assured it would be less than 2 hours, definitely, 100% ready by then. So, I waited 6 hours, and went to pick it up. The lady informed me that it wasn’t ready and it would be at least another hour. No sorry for the delay, no apology. I was told though, that they were a man down, and backed up. You know what I do when we are a man or two or three down at my job? Work harder, provide honest estimates to customers so they have an accurate expectation, and apologize profusely if there is a delay. I don’t make excuses and treat the customer like they are an inconvenience to me. This is the last time I will be using this pharmacy. There are way too many other pharmacies in town that I won’t inconvenience with my small, easy, infrequent prescriptions.

I have been a patron of this store since the opening of the doors, and I am so glad that this store was put so close to my house. From the Management staff down, each and every employee in this location is helpful and pleasant, and the know their stuff. I am kind of bias, living next to the store, but I have never seen a single person not get helped when asked. I give them two thumbs WAY up!
