Don’t know where to begin. What the other Dissatisfied customers were saying on the reviews is exactly the same experience I had. Horrible scheduling, does not answer phone calls or messages, double booked me with another regular client and then no showed!!! I was so appalled by all of this I actually called Groupon and got my money credited back thanks Groupon.

Nice little spot still in transition though. My pedicure/manicure was really very good and Vanna was really sweet :)

I bought a groupon for a shellac pedi & mani combo. Great deal but the business/Wynter is so unorganized. I made about 5 different appointments all were cancelled for numerous reasons(by her). She never picked up the phone, and then eventually sent out an email saying she would be out for a month due to an injury… and wouldn’t be taking appointments. An utter scam, in my opinion. I reported this to groupon, and they thankfully refunded me. Just save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else for your salon needs. PS this place now goes by the name Phalanges on Groupon…

Just as an update, Wynter has STILL been harassing me with threats to call an attorney in response to my negative Unilocal review. I was unaware that writing a negative review was against the law… Additionally, this salon name has been changed to Phalanges. Phalanges has a Livingsocial deal up-all I can say is DONOTBITE! I can’t even believe the level of harassment I have received from this experience. Shame on this salon for cheating a college student out of her money and then threatening to sue over a bad review on Unilocal

I found a reasonable deal on Living Social so I decided to try this place out… bad idea. They only have 2 stations and when I walked in there was already someone in the middle of her pedicure with the more outspoken nail technician. For the next hour or so I sat there uncomfortably listening to their conversation, because I was unable to join in or start my own conversation with my nail technician. About 15 minutes after my pedicure started there was some noise outside so the owner stopped her pedicure, slammed the door, went outside to yell at a few teenagers, then proceeded to come back inside after slamming the door again visibly angry and complain about it for the next 10 minutes. It seemed as though the nail technicians were more occupied with their gossip and next weekends getaway to make the experience the least bit enjoyable. I’m not sure what the regular prices are here but I was mad I even paid for the deal. For the experience I had I over paid by a long shot. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip to the nail salon.

Wynter has done my nails for over a year. She is the best in town, her gel nails are perfection. She rescued me from acrylic hell and thanks to her my nails are healthier and repaired from years of acrylic abuse. If you appreciate someone who knows her craft and is a caring but a no BS kind of woman, Wynter is the one. She is a hard working, dedicated and has always been more than accommodating. I look forward to her warm smile and great sense of humor every time I go in. BTW, her salon is behind Edward Jones, this really help me find it!

Their scheduling system is quite annoying, and they don’t answer their phone. Ever. Would not recommend to anyone.
