Bens Balloons

We hired him for my son’s birthday party. It was not what we expected. We had upgrade the package and added 2 clowns to the package. Well, when they arrived no one was dressed as clowns. They where dressed in jeans and t-​shirts. I called Ben on the phone right away and told him that the glowns where not dressed and he didn’t seemed to care. He never refunded the extra charge for the glowns and Ben was extremely rude about it. I told him that I will give them a bad review and he said to go ahead because they could just take the bad review down. So I’m taking this to Unilocal as they can’t take the review down from Unilocal.We also upgraded for the fancy ballons and all we got was small ballon animals and long swords. We didn’t even get one «fancy» balloon. I would never recommend them for a birthday party.
