Great service and now that the store changed a lot its looks really good. And they always have a good selection

This is one of the best GsmeStops I’ve been in. The customer service from bottom employee to the top management was nothing but kind, courteous, and professional. My wife and I were there for the Halo 5 party. It was a great experience. One employee, by the name of Smiley, really went out of her way to make my wife feel welcome in a store filled with male gamer nerds lol. Great experience for us. Keep up the good work!

I was kind of stunned by this Gamestop.
Gamestops at their best are all essentially the same thing: Some are older than others, some stores used to be EB Games or FuncoLand (remember those?), but this place?
This place has a full collectibles store attached to it.
A friend of mine kept going on about this place, so when he took me, I didn’t know what to expect.
They are full of high-​end collectibles. Full-​size statues of T-​800s and Darth Vaders, Funko figures, costume stuff… Again, I’ve never seen a Gamestop like this, so it was really surprising to see one of these stores packed with so much stuff. Even the gaming side was well stocked, clean, and organized. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. How I managed to walk out of that store without buying a remote controlled BB-​8 is something short of a miracle.
I’m guessing this has been a recent change judging by previous reviews, but it was well worth the semi-​epic drive out there, and worth a look for fans of video gaming… and pretty much everything else.
I hope this becomes a trend for other Gamestops elsewhere.

Been here for 30 minutes want to ask a question about headphones. No help line sucks too many people. I’m waiting in line to find a price? There setup sucks!!! F this place!

I have had trouble with GameStop stores before and it got to the point where I never wanted to return. When our PS3 decided to start to say Goodbye we started searching and while shopping for groceries we saw a sign for a sale. After about a week discussing things with my husband and talking to an employee I was ready to sell ours and get a new one. Things did not go smoothly once again but instead of not caring as many employees have, he assisted me.
My faith in GameStop is starting to be restored. Thank you.

Went here cause my son wanted a game, bought 1 and came home, only 2 find out that they forgot to give me the 2^nd disc. Called them up and was told 2 come get it, sorry. couldn’t download the dlc that i payed extra for and have to pay to go online, wish i would have been told that from the get go… got a refund and got him a diffrent game, what did i get for the inconvenience, nothing!! was very disappointed with the customer service, don’t know if I’ll be back here, may just resort to online game shopping.

This gamestop location is also the BUYMYTRON​ICS​.COM location for you to turn in Laptops and such. I currently reside in NYC, I sent off a Laptop, no password it was completely wiped. I have done this before with other sites, I know that the laptop needs to be wiped and does not have a password. They stated that there was a password and they would give me about 20% of their original price. When this was sent it was in the original box! It did not have a password on it 2 of us checked. It had been wiped clean! I had them send it back, there was a password on the laptop. It had only been touched by UPS in the original box and by the folks here. Someone there I am sure it was an accident added a password. They are ripoffs. I am sure they do this to many folks, what are you supposed to do at that point!!!
CS was a horrid experience! Use another service trust me! They are horrible to deal with! Of course they did not send back the original box it came in which makes it harder to sell to another person!

William was very helpful.
Always stocked with product. Friendly staff. Always clean. Never cluttered, at least to me. Can find what I am looking for quickly and easily.
