I can’t believe how friendly these people are! They got a hideous stain out of my favorite and very expensive blouse and it was only $ 4.45! Are you kidding? I found my new favorite cleaners: D I highly recommend this place, such awesome service.

I took my comforter on ¹¹⁄₂₇ and they advise me it would take 4 days to but because of the holiday it would take about 6 days. I did not get my comforter until ¹²⁄₁₀. We I went there on ¹²⁄₈ they made it seem like I miss calculated the days. I told them it did n’t make any for it to take long. An after all this they didn’t give me a discount either. I will not be taking my business there again.

Very poor service, I took in an item that required longer lead time and was told to come back in 2 days. I came back the next day mistakenly and they couldn’t even find it but told me they would put a rush order on it for the next day. I came back the next day and they still couldn’t find it, this time I talked to the owner who promised to find it and call me the next morning. That never happened, I had to call back 2 days later and she then said she had it but denied ever speaking to me. I was given 50% off and I accepted. When I opened the package the creases were only removed on the panel facing the outside. I called back and asked for a refund, and was aggressively denied, saying it was the manufacturers fault for not making a quality product, and if I wasn’t a dry cleaner I couldn’t criticize. There are many dry cleaners in this city, I suggest you try another one.
