This place is amazing and the owners are quite friendly and accommodating. Their menu is extensive and well priced. I prefer my beverages less or unsweetened and light ice. When requested, they customized my tea exactly as preferred without hesitation and are very willing to do so. They truly seem interested in providing you with a beverage that suits your needs. Their Thai, Taro and Green tea are perfect. I highly recommend this tea house for the quality of their drinks. They are definitely worth the trip. With regard to atmosphere, it’s what the patrons make of it — the owners merely provide the palette, you have to paint the portrait.

I found this place after work one day and I couldn’t be happier. The people that work here are so sweet and it’s real bubble tea, which isn’t easy to find in the metroplex. I deffinetly recommend, and they have a frequent flyer card!

Came here as my first stop after the airport because my friend read reviews and said we had to come here. Went in and had my very first experience with what they call it crème tea. Let me tell you guys what I think… it pretty darn tooting good. Even though to me the texture and taste seem pretty similar to smoothies. But gotta give it to them the mango crème was delicious. On point I’d come back here again and get it. They also offer a buy 5 get a 6th free which was perfect cause we had 6 people so well worth it. Especially if you’re next to the DFW airport.

I wanted to like this place because I’m a daily green tea drinker and it’s near my house, but: The green tea was ruined when they pumped a syrup(?) into it! Too sweet. I couldn’t drink it. They have loud flat screen tvs blaring. Not chill at all. I want to drink green tea and relax. They don’t take American Express. Not a big deal, but I thought it worth mentioning. The owners was very nice but I won’t be back. The tea is much better at Buon Giorno.

LOVE everything about it!!! Love the owners! Love the space. Love the drinks! The chocolate avocado smoothie is the greatest thing on the planet! You haven’t lived until you’ve had one. Doesn’t sound appealing. However, it’s the most amazing combination ever! You need to try it! I love their smoothies and teas! But in all honesty, even if I didn’t, I’d still buy something from i tea lounge because the owners and their family are the happiest, most friendliest and adorable looking family I’ve ever met!

The owner here is super sweet. We came in and she recommended some drinks because I couldn’t make up my mind on tea or coffee base. After ordering my tea that she recommended, I sat there watching her interact with her other customers. They seem to know each other by first name basis. The guy was definitely s regular customer. I would be too if I lived near by. Their kumquat tea is pretty good. It’s sweet yet more towards the sour side, which I like.

iTea is very convenient for me so I really want to like it but it’s just not working for me. The tea isn’t very strong and the pearls are occasionally mushy. At least they don’t have a credit card minimum.

My family had dinner in Irving, but wanted boba for the ride back to Fort Worth. iTea isn’t exactly on the way, but it had the best reviews for boba on Unilocal and seemed to be one of very few places serving up boba drinks. iTea is located in a little strip mall, right off the highway, so there is plenty of parking. The shop itself is small and quaint. They have a few tables and a tv in the back. I think they also offer wifi. Their drink menu is huge, so no matter what you’re in the mood for, you’ll probably be able to get it here. I love jasmine milk tea, which I didn’t see on the menu, but the cashier/barista was still happy to make one for me. In addition to flavored teas and milk teas, they also offer smoothies, juices and Vietnamese iced coffee. One of my favorite Vietnamese places at home makes café du monte coffee and I noticed that iTea sells the same brand. You can also add toppings to your drink like boba, egg pudding, mango pudding and jellies. I notice that they offer a stamp card, and was surprised to see that you only need 5 stamps to get a free drink! The places I go to offer a free drink after 8 – 10 stamps… Idk if this was the best milk tea I ever had, and the boba was ok, not amazing. That being said, I compare my boba experiences to when I was living in LA and there were boba places on every block. I wouldn’t drive here all the way from Fort Worth ever again. But maybe if I’m in the area, I’ll stop by. I guess there aren’t too many other options.

I used to be an avid bubble tea fan, and in recent years I don’t indulge as often as I used to. However, when I was visiting the fam in DFW this weekend, my sis recommended it. We got the chocolate banana, and tried the avocado chocolate. Both were delicious, but the chocolate banana was the winner. Pearls were perfect texture as well. Cute, lounge atmosphere. Perfect for studying, date conversation, and just a neighbourhood hangout. I usually go for the tea based, ‘lighter’ drinks, but wanted something more substantial this time. Did not disappoint. Yes, prices are a bit higher than normal, but the size of the beverage is also large.

I am very happy, it is like heaven coming into this place with so many selections to choose from I guarantee every drink here is really good! I wish they had one of these where I live I would be coming here twice a day! I’ve tried the coconut green tea with cream and the passion fruit green tea with Boba and they are both really refreshing! If I am ever in this area again I will definitely stop by and buy more drinks yummy!

Yum yumm! I love boba tea!!! This place is great! So many choices! I usually get a frozen fruit based drink with pearls and jellies. I need to try the coffee based drinks, but the jasmine tea is fantastic as well!

Came here for the first time today and oh my gosh why did I not come here before? This place is in the middle of shopping centers around glade so it might be hard to find for first comers but trust me it’s worth it. The whole ambiance of it is cool. It reminds me of a coffee shop. It’s a good place for you to just chill on your own and do some work or hangout with friends. they also have cool arts in the wall that will make your day. Now for their menu, they have a wide variety of drinks, they have smoothies, teas, coffee and all sorts of fruit jellies and boba. I got a plain milk tea but it was the best milk tea I have had. My friends got the coconut with jelly and milk coffee with ice cream and they were phenomenal as well. I honestly cannot wait to come back here and try more drinks. 5 stars all around!

Love, love, love this place! The place itself is a nice, casual place to hangout or get some work done(free wifi!). Don’t even get me started on their menu. It is HUGE. The options were overwhelming. I wanted to get one of everything(but my bank account didn’t allow for that to happen), so I settled for the Coconut Crème Blend with Lychee Gelatin. I’m sipping on it as I write this review right now. You gotta try it if you’re a coconut lover! They also have an assortment of coffees, milk teas, fresh juices, the whole 10 yards. Everything you would expect to see in a tea place. The woman working there was so nice too! We were hanging there taking selfies with the portraits on the wall, and she let us borrow her selfie stick haha. It was overall a great experience. Would definitely return to try their other drinks!

This place is the bomb in terms of variety. The menu is enormous, over 100 items. They have milk tea, green tea, black tea, cream, ice, snow cones, you name it. Great service, really helpful staff. They will recommend drinks to you if you are overwhelmed. There are 2 comfy seating areas In the store, and it’s a nice place to sit and hang out and have a non-alcoholic drink.

Pretty good boba tea joint! Prices are slightly higher than usual(the usual being expensive in the first place). Good selection and variety so lots of options to find your ideal boba. I got a Thai Tea w/boba. Very good!

They have different types of drinks(tea, milk tea, iced and iced cream blends) and a LOT of flavors to choose from, and extra add-ins. The largest selection of boba I have encountered so far with more than 30 flavors, but also the most expensive with drinks ranging from $ 3.50 to $ 5.00+, with add-ins costing extra. However, the drink size is generous, in my opinion. I was a frequent visitor of iTea Lounge during 2013, and for a short time I would visit nearly every day. Due to my decision to cut back on spending and an odd work schedule I stopped going until today, July 31st, 2015, and their drinks are as consistent and yummy as before. My regulars are plain or almond milk tea, taro, thai, and iced Japanese green tea cream blend, all with either regular or baby boba. Boba was undercooked slightly(once), and the owners will add or cut back on the sweetness of your order if you ask. And last: the owners. A married couple that enjoys having friendly conversation, especially witb the regulars. It had been over a year since I walked into their store and they remembered what was going on in my life before I dissappeared for so long(even what job I was applying for). May not seem like a big deal, but it shows the kindness of the owners, as well as how invested they are in their business and customers.

Oooohhh this place just messed up my boba experience. My friend and I ordered milk teas with baby boba. What we received was milk teas with chopped up boba pieces. I drink a lot of boba and I know what baby boba looks like. While the drink portion was still really delicious the texture of the chopped boba is ridiculous. Oh no they didn’t! I would go back but I wouldn’t order baby boba again.

My husband and I are bubble tea snobs and so have pretty high standards for our 4−5x/week cravings. This place, unfortunately, will not make the cut for a second visit. We ordered one thai tea and one almond milk tea to be on the safe side. Neither of us likes boba in our tea. The tea here is a little more pricey than other tea places, but you also get a bigger portion size. Usually that would be great! The husband did not like his thai tea at all. It tasted like watered down rose water with not enough cream/milk. My almond tea was decent(this the 3⁄5 stars). Customer service is okay. We kept trying to make it clear that we like less ice and our tea sweet and got the response«that will be $ 7.69» each time. Result was that our tea experience was average at best. I felt bad for betraying our always consistent Fruitalicious tea. Will definitely be going back there next time.

I just bought some tea and it’s pretty good. This tea longe is nice, quiet, and quaint. Im pretty sure I’ll be coming here again. This is a nice place for an initial first date meet and greet, to study, or to just relax. I do wish they offered more food items like muffins or sandwiches. Overall this tea lounge is definitely worth spending a lil time and money at. The menu is a lil pricey for tea $ 5, but its well worth it. The older gentleman makes the best tea/smoothie for sure, so try and go when he’s there. I definitely recommend iTeaLounge, especially if you’re a tea, coffee, or smothie drinker.

I needed a bubble tea fix before I headed to the airport. Hello, iTea Lounge! Located a few minutes from the airport and open at 9am! Got my usual milk tea with boba. and was surprised to find it was so expensive. I’ll admit, I did a double take at the receipt and the menu. Actual tea was okay — no real complaints. Tapioca balls were a hit and miss — some were good, some were harder than they should have been. They also put in a lot of(huge chunks of) ice, which kind of bothered me. In a pinch(aka, there’s no other bubble tea place around/open), this place does the trick. Otherwise, I’d probably go elsewhere.
