Truthfully we should have gotten about a 40% refund on what we paid because about 40% of our iT’Z experience was useless. The good– decent endless pizza and soda, laser tag, rock wall, the video games that worked, bowling, clean eating areas and some attentive staff. The bad– card readers that sometimes worked the first time swiped and sometimes took half a dozen swipes to get to read, tight bumper cars area where 4 of the 6 cars present worked while the other two were DOA and made the tight area even tighter, some staff that seemed like they could care less about doing a good job. The ugly– video games that did not work or whose screens were sagging in spaces(looking at you Galaga/Ms. Pacman), dessert section with literally crumbs left on it for what seemed like hours, mini bowling with 6 lanes but only enough balls for maybe 3 of the lanes and one lane missing a pin, laser maze that was impossible to use because you couldn’t see the laser beams. Suggestions for this iT’Z: 1) Make sure ALL the games work. If they do not work move them off of the floor. 2) Remove the dead bumper cars. 3) Fix the mini bowling. 4) Pump some smoke into the laser maze so that it is actually fun. 5) Train your staff to take pride in the job they do(Chick fil a does this well). 6) Keep all food areas stocked. If this iT’Z was running on all cylinders I think the $ 28 deluxe package would be a good deal. However it wasn’t running on all cylinders and after leaving I found myself feeling I got ripped off a bit. Buying the wrist band is like signing a contract. For your money iT’Z agrees to provide services A, B, C, D and so on. If you go just realize there will be breaches in the contract on their part.

This place sux! It’s the ghetto version of Dave and Busters. The only things on the buffet were pizza, pasta and salad bar. The games in the game room kept breaking down, the skeeball game didn’t work, the basketball game didn’t either but it sure took my tokens. I have more fun playing games on my phone. I’m never coming back. The only thing going for this place are the amount of party rooms. The staff was pretty friendly but still not enough for more stars.

Okay, I was really worried because I had bought the groupon and then let a couple days pass before reading the reviews of this place on Unilocal(so I couldn’t get my money back). I didn’t think it was going to be worth the money that I paid for my parents and girlfriend and I for a buffet, bowling and arcades after reading these reviews, but we went today and honestly had a blast. The staff, yes, is full of high schoolers just trying to make some cash, but the ones we encountered were kind and did a good enough job for me to be happy with. They didn’t do anything wrong, no complaints. The food was alright. I would compare it to a lesser version of Cici’s pizza. I really didn’t like that a good amount of the plates were still dirty too. The rooms to eat in were pretty neat though. They had a sports room, a cartoon room(where we sat) and other cool themes. Overall, for the food, I’d give it about 3 stars. The bowling was, for the most part, awesome. We did have some issues with our lane, but the workers responded well to the problems. I had a lot of fun with my family here and am glad it wasn’t a bad experience at all. I’d give the bowling a solid 3 stars, it would have been 5 if our lane didn’t freeze on us a couple of times. Lastly, the arcade was way better than I thought it would be. It’s definitely not a Dave and Busters, but it wasn’t too far off from it either. They had decent games and we didn’t encounter any that didn’t work(except for one shooting one). We couldn’t play the ones that gave tickets because of the groupon so I can’t speak for those, but still, it was fun. I got to watch my mom blow things up in the Batman racing game haha. I’d give the arcade a solid 4 stars. Overall, it was way better than the reviews made it seem like. There is more than plenty of room for improvement(some of the«clean» dishes really were pretty dirty) but overall it wasn’t too bad. It’d give it 3.5 if I could, but 3 stars since it’s more accurate than 4.

I found a Groupon and decided to take the family to try this place out for the first time. We figured they would be a bit busy being it was a Saturday night. We were not prepared for what we were walking into. The place appears to be inside of a former movie theater. Parking was a nightmare and I’m not sure if perhaps it’s not so bad on a non-weekend night. The parking lot is pretty big but I still ended up parking and walking a while. When you walk into the front door you are immediately herded into a long line of people. I was hoping big time that since I had thought ahead an purchased the MUCH cheaper Groupon offer that I could bypass what seemed to be the never ending line of people trying to get in. That was not the case so I ended up having to wait in the long line anyways. In order to get in you must purchase a buffet meal for each member of your party regardless if you plan to eat or not. The buffet shuts down at 8 pm and at that time they no longer require the buffet purchase. I strongly recommend purchasing the large plastic cups with the lid on them from the person that is at the cash register when you first enter. They are good enough to be a «souvenir» cup and MUCH cheaper than being cheap up front and relying on the free red buffet glasses. If you desire a drink after the buffet shuts down they charge about 3 times as much. The buffet is similar to what one gets at CiCi’s so don’t get too excited about it. They have a small salad station and a couple of tables with various types of pasta, pizza, hot dogs and desert. The food is just«ok» nothing memorable. They have a tiny bar in the bowling area and from the impression I got from walking past it don’t expect much I didn’t use it so I can’t say yay or nay. The offer I got on Groupon was for 4 people to have 1 hour of bowling, unlimited video games(as long as they are the ones that don’t give out tickets that you can redeem) and a buffet for $ 42 plus I got an extra $ 10 off because it was my first time using Groupon. Because I got the souvenir plastic cups I had a small balance to pay once I got there otherwise all was paid for by using Groupon. Since we paid for an hour of bowling we asked the young lady who worked at the very front what the procedure was for getting our turn at bowling. She advised us that there was at least a 2 hour waitlist to bowl for an hour. Again it was a Saturday night so perhaps the wait is not generally that long. They take your cell phone number down and have a program that sends you a text message and it gives you a link to a website that tells you where you are on the list and how long the folks in front of you have waited. The text also lets you know when it is your turn. Having 2 young children with us we gave up on the opportunity to bowl at about 10 pm because it would have been a little after midnight before we would get home. Since we didn’t get to bowl I am not sure if there is any additional costs to rent bowling shoes or how they handle things if someone wants to pay for an additional hour or two of bowling if they make them wait in line again or if they are allowed to continue bowling even though there are people on a long waitlist waiting. The video games are for lack of a better word horrible. Like Chucky Cheese they give you a plastic card to swipe at whatever machine you want. The offer I got on Groupon was good for unlimited games for the rest of the day. However, several of the games did not work and since you were already limited to machines that do not give out tickets I found my daughters frequently having to wait behind someone to get a turn. From the distance it appeared they had the typical games you’d find at other arcades. I do not know how much they are per game since we stayed away from that area in order to keep our kids focused on their short time playing the limited free games. After taking all of this into consideration would I go back? It would depend on how cheap I can go. I would definitely NOT go back on a weekend night because of the insane amount of people.

It was dirty, the food was gross, and the employees didn’t care. Also, buffet price was listed was $ 8.99, but I was charged $ 11.81. We won’t be going back.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! First of all, there was a five dollar hidden fee for DRINKS. DRINKS?! That’s definitely false advertisement that they offered on their buffet. It was dirty, they were completely under staffed, there was no food, clean forks, or cups whenever we arrived to the buffet either. We couldn’t even find a place to sit because all of the tables were filthy. My boyfriend and I took his nephew here and there weren’t even any kid friendly pizzas for him, such as pepperoni or cheese pizza. He didn’t really get to eat. The soda fountain didn’t have any syrup in the Coca Cola either. It was literally carbonated water. I’m just frustrated that a place like this would have such horrible service and be so unhygienic. I’d give this no stars if I could. I received a reply from the GM of Itz who said the sent the same message to my boyfriend. The staff already let us know that it was an additional $ 1.99 for drinks BUT the screen on which the buffet package was showing did NOT say ANYTHING about an additional $ 1.99 That’s the difference. If it wasn’t a hidden fee I would have not cared.

Been wanting to try this place for a while even though I had seen plenty of negative reviews. I like to give things a shot on my own and I did and I regret it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a buffet so dirty. It was seriously disgusting. All the pizzas that were out looked terrible and they had no kid friendly pizzas until halfway through being there. The pastas looked like mush and I honestly am a little afraid of what we might experience in terms of sickness tonight. There was trash all over the floor, there was mashed up brownies all over the floor to the bathrooms and the mounds of ice in the drink stations was pretty gross given they were almost touching the nozzles. There were no forks at one of the stations so we had to walk all the way to the other side for silverware and being 9 months pregnant that’s not fun searching for things in a sea of people. The dining room was probably the worst part. Every empty table was dirty! It was bad. I understand it’s Spring Break and kids eat free on Thursdays but as a former restaurant manager and a long time employee of the service industry, I do know that proper staffing is the course of action that needs to be taken when you expect volume to this extent. I won’t be returning which is sad because it’s close to home and my son would have had a good time if we even wanted to stay after that.

Hands down the worst dining/entertainment experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Where do I start? I was appealed by the idea of a 5.99 buffet fee(we were only going for about an hour as my nephew had a tee ball game to attend) so we just decided to hit the buffet. Upon checking out my total came out to well over 20 dollars. I asked the cashier why it came out to that price and not 12 dollars like it should be. She explained to me that that was the tax rate and upon explaining to her how percentages and math worked, she brushed off my concern, swiped my credit card, and instructed me that management is aware of this misinformation and«doesn’t care». I swallowed my pride and entered the dining area. The entire place was filthy, floor was sticky, staff was incredibly rude(with the exception of the teenage boy at the buffet who made a joke about pineapples that was pretty well received by me, however this is a review about the worst dining experience I have ever had, not one regarding a seedy comedy club who’s talent is compromised of fruit puns). The«hidden fee» for the drink was all but justified when I came to realize there were no cups whatsoever! Even if there were cups, there would be no way to fill up a beverage with ice chips piling up nearly touching the drink nozzles. I could go on and on but instead I will post any pictures I can find of the dirtiness and unpleasantness of this place, as I implore you and your children not to ever attend this horrible cesspool of filth that is «it’z».(what does that mean anyways? «It’z a terrible place»?

Bought unlimited play passes. But there was hardly anyone to run the attractions like bumper cars. waited for 40 minutes in line for bumper cars, it took complaining 4 times. My kids were about to cry. The food was gross, but only a little worse than Feces Pizza… er Cici’s Pizza… The laser tag was fun, but same problem. too long of a wait to get a game going and no one watching it. The tables and floors in the dining area were covered in old food. All that said, my kids want to go back.

My kids enjoy this place and that’s really all that matters. It is, after all, a kid’s place. The entrance fee doesn’t bother me… I understand that they can’t tell who’s supposed to be eating and who isn’t. Although a colored wristband may take care of that issue, either for the ones who can eat or specifically the ones who can’t. The buffet is similar to CiCi”s but with many more options. I’ve never had a problem with there not being enough food. The rooms to sit in are all fun themed. Our favorite is the room with the movie screen. I like how parents can bring in cake and pick a spot in the general area if they don’t want a party room for parties. That’s nice for those who can’t afford a full party or don’t have a lot of people coming. The games are varied and many. I liked it better back when it was Incredible Pizza however and you could get a card with unlimited rides and games for an hour or two hours. Still I like the cards now better than tokens. My 11 year old son is asking for a party here in June for his 12th birthday. I don’t mind. It’ll never be my favorite place but again… not about the parents in venues like this.

Recently visited for my daughter’s friend’s party. 1st I have to say that I’m not into chuck-e-cheese type places or arcade zones very much. This place was not impressive at first glance. My daughter wanted me to stay, and they made me pay a $ 10.00 entrance fee although I told them I wasn’t going to eat or drink anything(I have gluten, soy, dairy, treenut allergies). They said it didn’t matter and made me pay. OK. Moving on, we got to the party zone and although the kid hosting was nice, he was ever so slow. After an hour, the kids were getting bored and the cards weren’t even handed out yet. He then said they got to play 1.5 hrs of large games, and then could play their game token cards after that. Umm… one hour had already passed and it was a two hour party, so we went over on time and took way too long to eat and get the cards handed out. He made them line up by birthday, and then say their birthday… long story short, it was very dull. My daughter and I left early. Not a place I will be visiting again.

Family entertainment and fun for most kids. I wouldn’t recommend it for adults looking for a night out unless dating a single parent is on your radar. In which case I saw more Moms than Dads. The business is huge. High ceilings and cavernous. The different rooms for private parties, dining, arcade or the bowling area are spacious. Access to restrooms could have been better designed. In offerings they have plenty. See their website for full details. I was attending a birthday party for my niece. So we had access to a private dining area for the time we were eating but after that we had to move our belongings for the next group. I think that is an inefficient manner in booking. If a group has paid for entertainment services, food and usage of a dining area, there should be a secure place to leave basic belongings.(Otherwise it has to be carried or placed in your car.) They may do this purposefully so that they can be lax in responsibility needed of their staff. Entertainment is composed of a bunch of activities like; bowling, arcades, arcade with ticket games, lazer maze(laser tag), rock climbing wall, rides, bumper car, mini-bowling for children, etc. The kids in our group were pleasantly thrilled with everything.(Ps their website is poorly maintained. ITZ is clearly unfamiliar with proper marketing. They could make notes of their ultra competitors which operate NE of Dallas.) Food. As others have mentioned is like Cici’s pizza buffet. Average tasting stuff. Most kids that have had better pizza will realize this as well. Their salad bar is decent and that’s what I ate the most of. Everything else was blah. I would bet it is all restaurant quality foods purchased from GFS(Gordon Food service). All of it came out of freezers and refrigerators(prepared elsewhere) and was warmed the day of consumption, I would assume. The place is moderately clean and the employees were helpful. When the party is getting started their staff will come round to hype up the kids and get everyone pumped for fun. The happy birthday routine associates perform could use some work. Maybe a red bull or Jäger bomb could help amp staff excitement. Final outlook, I love bowling. I will bowl anywhere I find a lane. But a subject of bowling I have the worst regard for, is the new way in which alleys charge for it. By the hour is the devil. In the old days there was a relatively low shoe cost and a per game cost that was affordable and made sense. Bowling is a game which needs to be played all the way through. You could be bowling a great game but when that timer runs out and you would have still had 5 frames to go. it can be annoying. Do I really need another full hour? ITZ becomes a feeling of missing out. Charges span $ 14 to $ 20 per hour per person and shoe rentals are extra. It may be more cost effective to do a combo package. Overall okay, not great nor superb but average.

I took my 4 and 7 year old daughters here yesterday and was blown away. The check-in desk was well-staffed and knew what they were doing. The food was fresh, the pizza piping hot and tastes like they’ve improve on their recipe! As we sat in the Galaxy dining room, my daughters enjoyed watching Tangled on the projector. An employee was rolling a busting cart around taking finished plates and busting as tables were vacated. He was very friendly. The games were great in the arcade! My daughters had so much fun! It wasn’t terribly crowded so they were able to do and play everything they wanted to easily. We had a great time and will be sure to return again soon. Another note: they added more parking right in front of the entry which is great! Several additional handicap spots now available and you don’t have to navigate across the parking lot to the front door.

I agree with my fellow Unilocaler, iT’Z is the combination of CiCi’s and Main Event. Food and drink purchase is required to get in. And that is the kicker. Your kids will probably eat anything they have at the buffet line, you as a parent will not. I would rather starve! The location was not kept clean and the buffet looked as though, well, an army of kids got a hold of it. There are smells in the corners of this place you don’t want to think about. Most of the staff look and act like they would rather kill themselves than work here. However, I must admit that I had some great service and experiences with two, only two staff members. Austin in the food area, apologized to my family for not cleaning off the near by tables sooner and gave me his name in case we needed anything while we were there. He rushed to clean up messes, but the poor guy was alone and could not keep up with the unending piles that mounted up from plate after plate! Chance in the bowling area also worked his butt off! He was extremely friendly, courteous and spoke clearly when giving us an estimated time till our lanes would be ready. He was eager to help out his fellow employees and worked to make sure all of the families in his area were taken care of. These two employees each get a star, while the location alone doesn’t get a single one. There are very few games that don’t give tickets or prizes, so don’t get the unlimited play pass for non ticket games. There are lots of games to choose from for tickets and prizes so you don’t really have to wait in line. The location is a great size and you don’t feel elbow to elbow with everyone else. I don’t think this place should focus on food, they should stick to games and leave the cooking to the professionals.

This place was awful. It was extremely dirty, every table was dirty. There wasn’t any clean forks. The buffet was disgusting and empty. The game room itself was ok. The kids had fun. But unfortunately you have to buy the buffet to get in, and it is the reason we will not go back. After posting this I spoke with manager. Very nice and took care of the problem!

We just spent the day here and had a great time. The staff was very polite and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The buffet was good. I really liked the baked potato soup. They also made 2 request pizzas for our family. They have hot dogs and Kraft macaroni and cheese which is nice. We got the unlimited passes which are 20 $ right now on weekdays. We really enjoyed the buffet, the unlimited arcade, laser tag and bowling. Overall it was a good value and fun day. Thanks it’z!!‘ It’z was a nice cool way to have family time indoors on a very hot day. The kids already want to go back.

This place is… interesting. When you pull into the parking lot it feels shady right from the get-go. We had tried to go to another bowling alley with a group of about 10 people, and there was a long wait so we came here. There was no wait, and they let us bowl without purchasing a buffet, which from what I understand is not standard, so that was cool. We had to purchase our lanes/rent our shoes from the bartender who seemed very very busy despite the fact that the bar only had like 3 people sitting at it. It took her a solid 20 minutes to sell us all our admission as she kept running to the back for more items in between each sale. It was a bit odd. The bowling area was what you would expect from any low-key bowling alley, nothing special. A friend ordered the chips and salsa which I am almost 100% sure was just Pace Picante sauce and Tostidos. Also, it was the tiniest amount of «salsa» to chip ratio I have ever seen. Overall, we had a really great time, but I’m pretty convinced that had more to do with the people we were with than the establishment.
