Jack in the Box

Some days, it’s good and some days it’s bad. Just not consistent. I guess it all depends on the employee and how well trained he/​she is.
Since, it’s a chain, food is somewhat consistent. Few times they messed up my orders. Some nights they have 1 employee I think cause it takes forever at the drive through.
I’ll still keep coming, you can’t beat the ultimate cheeseburger. Yum!!!

This place isn’t too bad, obviously old but it seems to be keeping up with service. Mostly clean, also the employees seem to be doing their jobs right, ice ran out and an employee went in immediately to fix it.
Typical location all I got to say. There’s no reason to give it 1 star because its typical. Not bad.

I wish I could give this place –5 stars!
First of all, this must be an awful place to work because there is one guy working drive alone every night who is so mad at the world for being there, and it takes at least 15 minutes to get to the window and get your food.
The drive through guy barely speaks English. I speak Spanish and I tried to encourage him to just get through the night, and he refused to even be civil with me. He rolls his eyes, cusses at the customers ordering over the speaker, throws your food into a bag and tosses it at you.
GOD FORBID you ask for any ketchup or sides or change your order in any way. He will be so rude to you that you’ll feel guilty for spending your hard earned cushion change on those two tacos that he forgot to take the lettuce off of.
Folks, there is a perfectly good mcdonalds a few feet away. I don’t eat at Mickey D’s, but I sure would rather go there than go to señor crabass in the drive through at jack in the crackhouse. Go somewhere else.

When my husband and I bought a place not far from this location, we were apprehensive to giving our business back to jack-​in-​the-​box. Too many years of horrible service and incorrect orders from the locations in Hurst eventually lost all of our patronage.
One cheeseburger night, we decided to see what was up. BEST jack-​in-​the-​box experience EVER! Our burgers were juicy, our fries were full to the top and piping hot, and everything was perfectly to order! Was this some form of witch magic? NO! It was simply a whole team of people doing their best job possible!
Being reminded that we had once loved JITB, we have returned many-​a burger night. And every time we are pleased. Not once has a burger been wrong! Hallelujha hamburger!
Thank you, Main Street JITB, for restoring my faith in the competence of fast-​food service worriers everywhere.

Went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes. Lousy speed of service.
