It’s not a bad place to live. Haven’t had any major issues. The only complaint I have is the office staff seems to be changing all the time and seem very unorganized.

I love this place. I will continue to resign my lease until I move out of state. I don’t know what the other reviewer is talking about. You have 3 days to pay rent. That’s plenty of time. You can even go and pay online on the website. I have never had a problem with late rent unless I forgot. Yes my ac froze over a lot in the summer but they came out and fixed it right away each time I said something. Trash is only left on the curb when you miss the drop off time. It’s to be left out on the curb between 7am-​10m Tuesdays and Fridays. They have left multiple notes on our doors reminding us. They are great about picking it up. The only time it’s left out is if the resident leaves it on the curb at the wrong time. They have been updating the apartments since I’ve moved in. Even though I don’t have an updated unit, it’s still a lot more modern than surrounding apartments. Windows shut tight as well as doors. I love this place and it’s really affordable.
