I’ve never been a huge fan of their food, but thought I’d give it another try. I was the only car in line at the drive thru around 3:30 on a Monday — virtually no one in the restaurant. I sat there for about 10 minutes before getting my order. Meanwhile I could see the employees walking around and talking to each other. No sense of urgency or concern that I was waiting for my order. And no one came to «check in» or let me know they were working on it. Basically, just took my money and disappeared. And when I did get the order there was absolutely no apology for the delay. Got home and ate about half of it(if that) and threw away the rest — really pretty terrible food. Will not return to this or any other location.

Anyone who gives this panera over 2 stars is lucky or probably works there. My wife and I live close by and when this panera opened we were initially excited by one of the chains we like being closer to us. Having now been to this panera multiple times, I can say it is the worst one I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. We’ve had bad experiences in side the restaurant, such as ordering a sandwich where the staff neglected to put the meat on it that is literally the first word in the name. The drive thru is extremely slow and also often messes up orders. Upon ordering an apple crunch muffin and breakfast sandwich, we were given a pumpkin muffin, while at the drive thru we even asked, are you sure this is a apple muffin? They said yes. The breakfast sandwich had the paper melding into the sandwich making it inedible. Skip this panera, drive to the one in Southlake or Hurst. You’ll do yourself a favor by avoiding this horrid location.

Haven’t been inside yet, but the drive-thru runs quite smoothly. The food is hot and the order is accurate. And you just can’t beat that broccoli cheddar soup!

Most Panera’s I love. This one is lacking experienced employees for sure, and the food is so-so. I went through the drive through this morning at an off time when it was not busy. There were no cars in line, therefore one would think everything would be just fine. I ordered one breakfast sandwich and an iced chai. I got a sadly thrown together breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. It also took almost 15 minutes in the drive through just for those 2 items. The sandwich is supposed to have turkey sausage on it, there was barely anything on it. The bun was super hard so I had to throw it away. As for my drink, when she handed me a hot drink she so quickly shut the window before I could tell her I ordered an iced drink. I had my 2 small kids in the car so I was distracted at the moment. I waited and waited to flag her down but she was not coming back, nor wanted to pay any attention to me when I was trying to flag her down. So I said fine, I’ll drink a hot chai. Upon drinking, I found out it was coffee. So I finally got her to come back to the window and told her it was coffee. She then proceeded to argue with me that it was a chai! I mean, I drink coffee occasionally, but I always drink chai and this was clearly coffee. She again walked away and shut the drive through window. Had I not already paid and had I not had my 2 small children in the car, I would have spoken to the manager. But who knows if anything would have been any better after reading some of the other reviews on this place. Likely not going back to this location ever. Sad because it was so nice to have one so close. I’m posting 2 stars because my last visit was better, but I had chalked it up to them being a new location. Obviously things have not changed in months and they so badly need to train their employees better.

First, the pros: nice location, great patio, real friendly people, great bagels and pastries. Cons: not a lot of electrical outlets inside(only two). Kitchen seems a bit confused. I don’t usually order food at Panera. I mainly get drinks or bagels. I also get my dozen to go bagels here once a week. The bagels have been excellent! My favorite in the area. I once ordered a bagel to eat there, though, and it took them like 20 minutes to get me a toasted bagel with cream cheese. And, even then, they hadn’t sliced it properly, so one side was very wide, and the other was very thin. I talked to the manager, and he got me another one that was properly done. So that seems to agree with what other people have posted about the kitchen. But I mainly just go there for drinks and pastries and the occasional bagel, and I LOVE this place! Great atmosphere; friendly people; and a wonderful patio! I work on my laptop, and I like to work outside because I have my dog with me. Their patio faces east. So in the afternoon, it has great shade, as the sun moves west. So even when it’s hot out, they have a great shaded patio with a nice breeze going through there. So this place is great for me for what I use it for.

I love Panera, and have been to this location many times. But I think I’ll go the extra distance to the one in Southlake from now on. My husband waited 30 minutes for a plain turkey and mozzarella sandwich, only to get a sandwich with undercooked chicken and cheese thrown on some barely toasted bread. He then had to wait ANOTHER30 minutes for them to tell him that a turkey sandwich isn’t on the menu. It’s clearly on the menu and I’ve ordered it numerous times. On the receipt they talk about how accuracy matters and that they’ll fix a mess up right away and give a free treat for the trouble. This was not the case. The free treat isn’t a big deal, but as people who work and manage in the food industry ourselves, the customer service and time management here was just horrible. I normally don’t like to complain and leave a negative review, but waiting an hour for a turkey sandwich was annoying to say the least. This was my husband’s first time and this has made him not want to come back unfortunately.

This Panera location has a lot of work to do if they want to stay in business. You can tell that there is a lack of experience all around that probably starts from the management and trickles down to the employees. The employees barely know how to work the register(which probably is a lack of proper training). It took the employee at least 5 minutes to figure out how to enter my sandwich and cup of soup. I guess it was because she didn’t know how to do an item exclusion since she failed to leave the sauce off of my sandwich as I requested. She also messed up on my friend’s soup size, forgot to give us the cookie we ordered, and didn’t put on a friendly face. I usually don’t take off stars for poor service since I like to focus on the food, but this Panera location makes it hard for me to stick to that. I’ll admit that my broccoli cheddar soup was as good as always(a Panera staple), but as I already mentioned, I had problems with my steak and white cheddar sandwich. After I sent my sandwich back to the kitchen because they forgot to exclude the sauce, it came back oddly cold. I opened up the sandwich to take a look inside and the steak was clearly under cooked. It looked like they were in a rush to get it back to me and didn’t pay any attention to actually preparing a decent sandwich. This poor experience with my sandwich makes it easier for me to give this location two stars. The bad service plus the bad sandwich pretty much ensures I won’t be coming back to this Panera.

Ordered a couple Turkey Bacon Bravo’s to go. Brought them home. Looking at the sandwiches I could not tell if they had bacon on them. Took off the top from both and found bacon crumbs. I have had this sandwich many times and it always comes with bacon strips. Took them back and got a refund. What this sandwich says is I just want your money. I don’t care about you Mr Customer.

I like be panera but this location is not business people friendly. I tried it out so I could charge my laptop and do work while I ate lunch, but they only have one outlet for use in the whole place. Food is always good! Above is my only complaint about this location. I will probably eat somewhere else for lunch for this reason.

1st visit: Glad Panera is now in Euless, but my first visit was a little disappointing. I wanted a lite healthy sandwich, asked if the tuna sandwich was on thin, soft bread and the counter person said, «Yes». The bread they used was WAY too thick making the bread to tuna ratio off scale and all I could taste was the bread. The tuna lacked any flavor seemed like it had been through a blender having the consistency of toothpaste with no texture(can tuna would have been a better choice right out of the can). When I pressed the sandwich to take a bite, it squirted out on all sides. It was a mess and I opted to just eat the chips and leave sandwich in a messy pile. I hope my second trip will be better by selecting another entrée. 2nd trip, we faired a little better with a steak croissant sandwich. My wife got the broccoli cheese soufflé which was very good. Downside the cashier had no idea how long to heat it in the microwave when asked and was not interested in finding out. The microwave is knee level, I’m guessing for handicap/wheel-chair access which is fine, but is it just me or does placing the microwave directly under the hot coffee pots seem a bit risky? I can’t see why they can’t throw caution to the wind and have«two» microwaves, one knee level and one where you don’t have to get on your knees to use it. Just some out of the box thinking. No charge!

I will not be going back to the Euless location again! I ordered the chicken Asian salad which came with no wontons. I asked for extra dressings which I was charged 5.00 and I never have been charged that from any other location. I was told it would be an additional 1.00 which I agreed too then charged 5.00 without being told until I asked what the charge was for! Their customer is awful!!!

So excited this location opened however, you can tell that the staff is very new and needs more training. I come here several days a week for there healthy salads. I just went through the drive through today and ordered a Ancient Grain salad, only to get home and find that they didn’t add the chicken! So I’m supposed to eat lettuce?! Also, yesterday my husband had to clean our table because there were no clean booths. The place smelled like they burned something and tried to cover up the smell with Lysol. Imagine smelling that combo while eating! Last week I went through the drive thru and told the girl I had a Panera card and she said it was too late because she already rang it up! I spent over $ 35! She suggested that I go online to fix it! Yeah, cause I have time for that!

Brand new location in Euless off 121 at the Glade Exit. Food is very good, and there is a nice variety. We definitely needed a healty(ish) fast casual restaurant like this in this area. Being so new, this location is still going through some growing pains and the staff would benefit from additional training. Still, I am fully confident Panera Bread will become one of my go-to lunch locations!

First time at this brand new location. I really don’t like being negative but! I was enjoying it very much until I noticed the crusty old soup on the outside of my bowl. Who’s to say it’s not on the inside also? GROSS! Sandwich was good but I just couldn’t get the nasty unclean bowl out of my mind! I don’t return things because I also hate spit in my food. I think I’m done.

This is the new Panera near my house! I am SOHAPPY that they finally opened this location. The food is about on par with all Panera’s — I always go to get the broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl and it is the ! I will say that I went the other day for this dish and they were out of bread bowls around 6:30pm. Womp Womp, but that has happened to me before at other locations. I would still say go and try the soups, bagels and baked goods.

Finally a Panera Bread near me. I came here on a Friday and it was pretty busy. What was really cool was that they had a fast ordering kiosk in where you can skip the line. I ended up ordering the Turkey Bravo hot pressed. It was REALLY good. This sandwich contains turkey, ghouda cheese(which made it very creamy and yummy), bacon(love me some bacon), lettuce, tomato, and their special sauce which is their thousand island dressing. I am definitely returning.

Well, this didn’t go well. Arduous ordering process, as the lady taking our order barely spoke English. Instead of opting for a vinaigrette dressing with oil, I asked for merely balsamic vinegar on my salad. After finally getting through to the lady taking my order, they assured me that they could accommodate my request. Once the salad was delivered, I got vinaigrette dressing on the side, instead. And, the girl that brought the food asked, «Can I get you anything else?» I asked for some vinegar, and she indicated that she would check and see if they had some. We never saw her again. I ate my salad dry. I won’t be back.

Now, I love Panera. I love many menu items at Panera. The reason I give this Panera 2 stars is because my order came out wrong, took at least 5 – 7 minutes to fix, when it doesn’t usually take that long to receive your food here in the first place. I had flag down a manager and ask for compensation for it, which I thought was very odd. I know the manager isn’t a psychic but you would think the worker who brought out the wrong order and took forever to bring a new order would have let the manager know. Anytime this kind of think happens are Jason’s Deli, for instance, it is ALWAYS rectified. That’s what customer service IS. Everyone here kind of acts like it is their first day. Slowest register speeds, and just generally acting like they haven’t done this before. For instance, not asking if my order is for to-go or not, and giving me my food in a box instead of on a plate, then handing me my food and asking for my name as if my food(in my hand) is going to be delivered to me. Looking at the computer like you have no idea how to get off the screen you somehow ended up on. Just generally not a good experience.

You must try their autumn squash soup! Yes, drop what you are doing and go right now. It is phenomenal. It’s full of butternut squash goodness. They have a ton of good soups on the menu as well as wraps, sandwiches and breakfast items. I can appreciate that they have the calorie counts listed as well. The drive thru option is perfect for me as around lunch time on a workday I’m always on the go. It’s super quick too. This will be in heavy rotation when I’m grabbing a quick bite during my lunch hour!

Finally a panera bread in Euless! Who would have ever saw that coming? Good location, friendly employees and«on top of things» management. Ordering was fairly simple, they have a drive thru for the lazy folk, and even fresh desserts and pastries to choose from. If you don’t have a membership card, get one and use it every time you order. I got a free dessert or pastry of my choice just because I registered. It will give you free items, eventually. Welcome to Euless

I was super thrilled when I found out they were building this location. I came on its second day of being opened. The place was nicely carpeted, clean, cozy and hi tech. They have a drive thru and ordering kiosk inside. Although they had plenty lf baked goods, does not mean it tasted good. I am a dessert snob since I had experience in a bakery. I usually get a western egg white omelette on ciabatta bread but tried something new. The commercial had turkey and cranberry flatbread. It was $ 5.99 for a basically a crunch and barely any turkey yet crabberry dripping. I did not enjoy it. My daughter got the choc chip muffin top(best part of a muffin). She did not finish one bite. I tried it and it was not great. As far as previous pastries experience, I have enjoyed their shortbread. This time i had huge chocolate chip cookie which was soft im center and crispy edge. It was a decent cookie. I will né back to try the scone just because I am always lookinf for a bettee scone than mine! Too bad I did not see any savory scones. I will be back to try soup in a bread bowl since the piec of baguette that came with my meal was tasty I asked the cashier about membership offers and and she gave me a card but did not mention any free pastry offers. I will register and hopefully get some incentives. I hope my excitment and expectations were not too high so do not dissappoint next time
