Very nice and clean salon. The people know what they are doing and it’s definitely a worth try. 5 star all the way :))

UPDATE 12÷15÷13: I used to come here just for the convenience as it was nearby. After my recent experience, I will not be returning here and will be going back to my original place. Here is the reason why: the worker BURNED the side of my face. These aren’t small burns either. My burns are in the process of healing. I came back to show them what happened and she started to say the reason why my skin may have burned was due to the cold weather. Really??? I believe she should have been more careful. I know I will not be going here anymore.

Twice I have been discriminatd here for not being Afghan or speaking Farsi. I was once the only customer & was seated on the chair about to get threaded. In walks a Afghan lady speaking their language to the lady about to do my brows. She was in a rush without asking me about my situation & proceeded to do the other llady’s brows before me since she was apparently more important than me. Today I walk in and there’s a whole family waiting on their mom/​wife while she gets her hair done. I was hoping another lady was also working there & going to walk in from the back or something because the lady working there only smiled back at me & didn’t say a word… I sit there wondering what’s going on & in walks a Afghan lady & her daughter. As soon as she walks in, the lady working speaks to her (in their language) & I’m assuming it’s about her being busy & how much longer it’s going to take & she mentioned 5:30 (which was 5min till), so then I asked her if someone else is coming. Yes… Soon. How much longer? «Maybe 10min, you come back tomorrow». Umm yeah I really wanted to go off on the lady because I can tell she wanted me gone so she could get her people in ahead of me when the other lady did get back because they close at 7p. I don’t want to use the «it’s because I’m black» card, because it was because I was not one of them. I left p’d the heck off & no i won’t be back. I have been here a total of almost 9 times & never consistently because they don’t do that great of a job & I end up going long period of time growing my brows back in before going anywhere else. I am excited that there is a new threading salon about to open in the kroger shopping center down the road… «nikki’s threading salon & spa». I really hope she’s awesome & takes this racist business down. Bad customer service and I will not be back.

The two stars are for pleasant customer service, and comfortable, clean surroundings. However, I will never venture into this salon again; I opted to try their eyebrow threading services because they are more conveniently located than my usual place.
When I left the salon and checked my reflection in my car mirror, I cried all the way home. Overdramatic much? Yeah, I know. But it will be months before my brows are back to the way I like them — they are now crazy thin and (*shudder*) trimmed almost down to the skin, since they broke out the scissors before I realized what they were doing.

Nice and hygienic place — This place is good and hygienic. The people who attend you are really sweet and nice. They are attentive to what you need and its definitely worth a try …
