Signature Auto Service

I moved to Eu less in Feb 2008, and went looking for a local garage to service mine & my fiancé’s automobiles. Luckily, I stumbled upon Signature Auto Service! The proprietor’s name is Jay, and he is as good as it gets. He shakes your hand firmly, looks you in the eye when he speaks, and is as honest as a preacher! I’ve been regularly since moving here, and his work is impeccable, and he beats the cost of any garage in the Mid-​Cities area, if not the entire DFW area! Furthermore, he stands behind his products. Here are a few examples:
My fiancé’s Honda needed a new set of tires. Jay sold us a pair (generic tires), for cheaper than discount tire could sell them. Two days later, my fiancé drove through a construction area, and got 3 nails in the new tires, and they were both on the outer side of the tire, so it couldn’t be repaired. Jay replaced the tires, no questions asked, and for no additional charge. (he didn’t try to sell me insurance on the tires. he just fixed them).
That same Honda had a funky noise a couple months later. I thought it was either the clutch or the transmission, so I took it to Jay. I left it with him and he called the next day saying it was the clutch also. I decided to have other vehicle maintenance performed while he was at it (timing belt change). Jay offered to do both, the entire clutch assembly AND changing the timing belt (including all that entails… water pump, seals…) and his price for both jobs beat the price of simply having the clutch repaired at 3 other garages and one dealer! How can you pass up a deal like that? Anyway, I told him to go ahead and do the $ 1000 worth of work. He called me later that same day and told me they found out it wasn’t the clutch at all, but a broken motor mount pin, that would only cost me $ 75. Any other garage would have gone ahead and done the $ 1000 worth of work, and THEN told me I needed to do the motor mount pin in addition to…
Jay is simply an honest man, doing his best for his fellow citizen. He’s not in it to rip you off but to do a good job. His staff is a reflection of his own integrity also.
I highly recommend using Jay for all of your service needs! He is what the small town self owned business man was meant to be!
