Someplace Else Tattoos

I got a couple quotes on an idea for a piece I wanted. Another shop was kinda douchey about my design and tried to make me change it. A friend recommended Someplace Else and it was an immediate fit. Eddy was able to give me a great estimate and we set an appt. When I came back in, he listened to my ideas and was so understanding of what I wanted. He patiently showed and explained all of their safety and health precautions when I asked. He was meticulous in the design process and we didn’t move forward until we were both really excited about the design. He was much faster at the actual work than I anticipated, which was awesome. It was so easy to tell he loves his work; he was really into the piece at the different stages and it was really encouraging to hear (since the piece is on my shoulder blade and I couldn’t see it as he went). SUPER happy with the final piece. The atmosphere was great (which is important when you’re sitting in the chair for a couple hours), everyone was very professional about the work but still awesome to hang around, and priced very well for excellent work. Will definitely be back in the future and will recommend everyone to come here.

I’ve had all five of my tattoos done there and all have come out amazing!!! Everybody is really Kool and laid back, prices are very reasonable. Now by no means do you want a cheap tattoo but they are just the right amount to be affordable and do great and safe work.

I’m a little disappointed I heard great things about this place. I went and it was busy because of a special. Which is fine. But no one acknowledged us. If you have a special, you should be prepared and have someone at the front to help the clients. There was a guy behind the desk and he was just sitting there on his phone. I don’t know if he worked there or not. It didn’t smell so great. Again, it was packed so maybe that was why. And I just didn’t get a good vibe.

I’ve gotten a couple of tattoos here. Caleb did a name on my lower abdomen that came out great. Dan did ladybugs on my shoulder. Both artists did great. There are a few more tattoos I would like. DEFINITELY coming back to these guys for four more… I really loved that they were friendly. gave care instructions and the pricing was decent. Sad they aren’t open on Mondays since I’m off. Would definitely recommend them to friends. May bring a few the next time I go!

This place is like my second home so I’ve got nothing but good things to say! Good prices, friendly, flexible and excellent artists.

Dan is amazing — the staff is always helpful and courteous. I’ve had 3 tattoos done by Dan and one more on the way.
