Horrible and unprofessional. Scheduled a week in advance for 9 am. At 9:15 we called and he said he was trying to get them OUTOFBED and they wouldn’t be able to be here until 10:45. Ridiculous. We had everything ready to go and woke up early for nothing. Go with someone else who will actually respect you and take you seriously. Do not hire these clowns. I wish I would have looked up reviews beforehand and we wouldn’t have scheduled these guys in the first place.

This is the WORST moving company in the world. I am having to take them to small claims court for damaging items in the move and them not paying even though they have admitted they dropped and damaged. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY. STAYAWAY!!!

I am beyond disappointed with this company. First, they are late. Then the guy gets here and has the worse attitude I have ever dealt with. One guy decided that it was ok to drag my expensive memory foam mattress down the stairs by himself. Ugh! I have no words. I was shaking I was so mad. I really should have read others reviews before booking this company. NEVERAGAIN!

This is the worst moving company! Do not hire these guys! They took over 5 hours to move a two bedroom. They were NOT professional at all. They tore up my furniture. All of my dressers have damage to them. They also put a 4 foot scratch on my new hardwood floors. The Manager was extremely rude and customer service was terrible. Do not hire this company. Nobody is that desperate!

Holy hell. Keep looking. These people have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They don’t care about their customers. The fact that I am constantly moving myself, or that I can sometimes deal with 20 other peoples moves in a week in my line of business, and I could potentially bring them a lot of business in the future is completely lost on these people. Not only are they completely OK with charging your credit card some crazy amount without your authorization, which I’m sure could get them in A LOT of trouble, but they have ZERO interest in remedying the situation when you call to inquire. Because let’s face it, when they do something like that it’s not their fault right? It’s always the customer’s fault of course! What a B. Need to check their attitude. And trust me if I can review them anywhere else I am going to. Already told all the property managers in our meeting today to stay away from these guys.
