I have been in this store before and its consistent with other Staples. So I though I would use them today to print a 500 page document. I did the online submission to print and it told me it would be ready today. So after I placed and paid for the order I called and confirmed today. after a couple of hours I was by there and stopped in to ask if it was ready. She said her machine just broke down and someone was on the way to repair it. another couple of hours and I called and she said it would be tomorrow or later. it really confuses me on why a company like this would not make the courtesy call to me and let me know. Why I have to chase them after I have already paid them. It shows to me that there is a culture from top down that they don’t care about the people who pay them money. There are other places very close to by my paper and have printing services completed.

Excellent service here from Kyle at checkout! I had called ahead to confirm that they had the desk chair I wanted that they were out of at the Southlake location. The guy I talked to on the phone said they did not have time to assemble before I got there but they could have it ready this evening or in the morning but he he would have one in a box waiting as I needed to pay before they assembled. When I arrived I see one already assembled behind the counter but he said that one was a return(it was a gift and wife felt it was too expensive for a desk chair). Kyle said yes that we could have that one but it rang up 328.00 with tax and other location it was regularly 299.99 on sale for 199.99. Kyle went to a kiosk to look up the model number and gave me the online price of 179.99. Plus since it was already assembled I did not have to pay the 15.00 assembly fee! And the chair is the most comfy desk chair I can imagine and I tested every one at Staples and Office Depot.

I needed to get 3 pages laminated and the copy center was closed. I waited 10 minutes to get someone to assist me and when he finally came to the copy center he spent 2 – 3 minutes looking for an order slip. Finally o wrote what I needed done on a blank paper and told the gentleman if I could pick it up in an hr. He hesitated and I then told him I needed it tomorrow. He told me it would defintely be done by the next day. I told him I’d stop by around 830 to pick up the papers. An hr after I left I received a phone call and it was Staples informing me that it would not be done by 830… it took the staff almost 24 hrs to laminate 3 papers. I will be taking my business to another staples…

Thank you Logan, Jordan, and manager, David, for assisting with my laptop issue! Jordan spent a lot of time fixing my computer– so glad he was able to retrieve almost all of my data!!! What a saint! This has always been my favorite Staples; I always utilize their copy center! Much better customer service than Southlake location!

Rarely do I go into office supply stores since I’m retired. I needed to replace a binder that was falling apart so since my husband & I were next door at Lowes, I decided that I’d run in & pick up a good heavy duty binder. Actually I bought their most expensive binder for $ 14 or so. I just moved the weekend before & my home was in need of some organization. I had so much to do that week so I trusted I bought the right binder to meet my needs. Being that I wasn’t done unpacking, the receipt was either lost or thrown away. That’s what happens when you move. Anyways, about 4 – 5 days later I got the binder out, got all my papers to put in it & that’s when I noticed the middle ring didn’t close all the way making my papers not secure. So, I made a trip back to this store & told them what happened & that I didn’t have neither my receipt nor did I use their awards card or use my debit card as usual but I had a bunch of cash on me so I paid cash. I don’t own a rewards card because I never shop there. Since this top of the line binder was defective I opted for one that seemed not only as sturdy but was able to open the rings much easier. I gave them my license, they entered my info, began to ring me up when the clerk told me I owed them $ 9!!! I explained that the binder was over $ 14& this one was 50 cents less, so why do I owe $ 9? She told me because I didn’t use a rewards card or had my receipt, I was credited back like $ 5& there was a $ 9 something balance. I told her I never shop there & not only do I not need a rewards card, but I am sick & tired of all these cards plus I really resent all my purchases being tracked. I feel it’s an invasion of my privacy. She called the manager & he told me sorry, it’s store policy. I tried to explain my situation but he stood there with a cold stone look on his face being un phased. This is an unfair policy! They sold me a defective product & refused to make this customer happy. I told them they could even keep the difference. I just wanted a binder. This is no way to run a business, let alone a National company. Whatever happened to giving great customer service? I was in retail for YEARS& never would I treat a customer let alone an elderly person this way. I would never consider this a good place to do business with. I doubt anything I wrote here is going to make any difference. This was nothing but a rip off! I told them to give me my defective binder back but I still can’t use it. I think I’m going to contact Staples headquarters after this because I feel I was wronged. Don’t go there people!!!

It is an office supply store. Came in to buy some ink because I had gone to target that morning before work and the lines were so long I would have been late if I had waited. The ink was the same price as it was at target which I was expecting to spend more which was a score. Their ink is right up front which I liked so I didn’t end up walking around the store like a lost puppy. I ended up signing up for their rewards cause this is right by work so may as well get some cash back on stuff if I’m going to be getting ink and such from there.
