Close to work. From my experience sales peeps have been friendly. Headed there today to get my upgrade to S5! I have been with Tmobile for as long as I can remember and so far have been very happy with the products and customer service.

Phone service is very poor. Data service is less. Store manager Austin Carter seemed to be very helpful when pushing me to switch to T-​Mobile. But when I went back today and tried to get help he didn’t seem to remember anything he said about how good the coverage is. While traveling many times on major highways and around large cities there is no (zero) data coverage. They claim to be the fastest and it might be right under their antenna. But out in real life America it really sucks.
I have had their service 3 weeks and had to purchase their iPhones and they don’t work so all I ask was to refund the purchase of the equipement. They said if I had come in last week they would but not this week.
