No, No, No, No. Also having issues with the billing department. I received past due statements last week for an amount I paid more than a month ago. I spoke to someone in billing and they said they have a new company doing the billing and apologized. However, today I received a ROBO call threatening me with collections on an even different, and higher, amount. Since I haven’t received any open invoices, it would be hard to pay them anything. Secondly it the«rental» scam they are trying to pull. When I asked about an amount on the invoice I was told it was the monthly CPAP rental. Since I haven’t signed any kind of rental agreement, I was concerned. A typical rental agreement includes the item leased, the parties to the lease, the term of the lease and the payment amounts. All Xmed can produce is a delivery receipt itemizing the machine and parts being left when the technician fitted me with the unit. Apparently she was supposed to explain the whole rental part but didn’t. The person that set up the appointment was also supposed to explain the rental. No one did and no one can tell me how long the rental is for. The only reason I am using this company is that it is where my doctor sent my paperwork. I see him in two weeks for follow up and will ask that my paperwork be moved to another firm. This company is full of uniformed, untrained and unprofessional staff that have lots of excuses why people aren’t performing but no plan to fix anything. Just telling me that’s the way it is, isn’t helpful. Can’t wait to rid myself of this company.

I would NOT recommend this company to anybody, especially if you are not prepared to deal with seemingly endless billing problems. You would think it would be easy to provide me a billing statement that showed the initial charge with all the payments made and the balance owed. Not here. Every month I’d get a new single-line bill with a demand for payment. When I’d call and ask how many more payments I have, they couldn’t tell me. This seems to go on forever. It is so incredibly frustrating, especially because this should be so simple — Tell me how much I owed, how much I paid, and the new balance. Even my insurance company is at their wits end with this company. One of their infuriating tactics is to send a bill so it arrives on Friday or Saturday, after their office is closed for the weekend. Then you have stew all weekend about the screwed-up bill with no way to ask about it until the following week.

Only went because it was suggested by my insurance company for cpap equipment and the location was very convenient for me. This would be ongoing business. I considered my first encounters with the«respiratory therapist» decent. She was a bit gruff, but professional enough. My most recent experience was very negative when trying to return an unopened item within the return policy. On the phone it was no problem, but in person it took several rounds … ‘let me check’, ‘let me ask the manager’, each time she returned with an unacceptable answer about how my ins. had already been run. Finally, I politely asked for the manager, she stormed off, the manager returned, and he very nicely told me there was no problem and that she was«confused». I have no idea what happened, but I left confused and thinking I need to find another place to buy from.
