I didn’t buy any magic items, but I saw some great tricks on our stop in the store. The owner is friendly, funny and does a good trick or two.

I feel bad that I didn’t actually purchase anything from this shop because the man behind the counter, who I’m assuming is the owner, was easily the most fun part of my trip to Eureka Springs. He offered to show us several tricks which were very fun which was obviously his sales pitch, but he did it in a non-sales pitchy way while making jokes.

This was a great stop for my 8-year-old son, amongst the grown up galleries and shops. The owner was wonderful, and showed three age appropriate tricks to my son, so he could pick the one he wanted. We got away with a simple trick for only $ 5. Heads up, though, the shop only takes cash or checks — no debit or credit cards.

A cool novelty store for the prankster or budding magician, Bart Rocket Magic Shop has a cool selection of gags ranging from stink bombs to fly-in-my-ice to extensive magician kits. The proprietor is an able magician himself and will demonstrate tricks or make suggestions on how to set up gags for the unwitting. Fun place!
