Eureka Matterhorn Towers

My boyfriend and I planned this trip overnight and chose this hotel. The owner is unbelievably nice and completely helpful with town tips. The rooms are very clean! Recommend this place to everyone!

Am I giving this five stars because it’s the most luxurious, modern hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. I’m giving it five stars because for what Eureka Springs has to offer, it’s definitely one of the best places to stay.
I’ve stayed here several times throughout the past few years, and each stay has been great. This past weekend my boyfriend and I stayed in one of their jacuzzi suites. When we first entered the room we noticed a musty scent, which we attributed to the suite being on the basement level. Later after using the jacuzzi, we noticed how steamy and foggy the entire room became, so I think that may be the reason for the musty odor. We didn’t find the odor it to be bothersome, and after a few minutes in the room, we didn’t even notice it anymore.
The room had older furnishings — dusty rose colored carpet, a hunter green recliner, etc. But we found it to be clean and comfortable, which is all we cared about. They also have an outdoor pool, which was one of our main reasons for staying here. Most places in Eureka have indoors pools or no pool at all.
Like the previous reviewer said, this little hotel is fun and funky. (Be sure to check out the flip flop tree next to the front office.) Eureka is a fun little hippy town, but you won’t find anything that compares to a Hilton or Marriott. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Matterhorn. :)

We have stayed here several times. It is a very fun and funky hotel. The breakfast is rolls, fruit, coffee and juice. The pool is nice and the rooms are clean. We love the dog that lives there in the lobby she is really sweet. We will continue to stay here when come to Eureka Springs. It is also right across the street from the trolley stop. Very convient location. Cost is very pocket friendly too.
