Before you walk in the door, this business is on complete consumer overload. The store is small for a BB&B but it is packed full to the ceiling.
We were greeted almost immediately as we walked in, a very friendly staff and overly helpful almost to a fault, pretty much every employee we encountered asked «if we needed any help» or «were we finding everything okay.»
Pretty much every gadget, gizmo and device you could imagine for your home as far as home furnishings is in this place, from auto fill candy dispensers to zircon encrusted tweezers.
It’s easy to drop $ 500+ in this store within minutes. From $ 800 floor sweepers, to $ 25 bath mats, $ 40 travel mugs and $ 80 waste paper baskets… it’s definitely on the higher end of the consumer price point — we went in for some new dish towels and two new bath towels, we also added a matching bath mat, in under an hour and $ 140 bucks later we walked out… hope the supposed quality difference is worth the price increase and only time will tell.
I guess it serves it’s purpose.

It’s your average run-​of-​the-​mill Bed Bath & Beyond. The products are what you would see anywhere, except for your sports team gear. Here you (thankfully) have 49ers gear, which is a welcomed change from where I live!
Staff are friendly and location is easy to access. It’s in the mall so when you’re done shopping, there’s many other places you can go.
Parking is easy, even during the holidays since it’s a small town mall.

I had a coupon for a Yankee candle. The manager was rude, they just made it a complete hassle and would only give me $ 5 off when the coupon allowed for$ 15 off. Bad customer service

Not sure if the employees rarely see a customer, or they’re just trained super well, but this location is unlike any that i have been to before. The staff is always super friendly. There is always someone by the door to welcome you. And they are incredibly helpful. I’ve asked for some of the most obscure things that they might carry and whoever I ask will always know exactly where that thing is.

BEWARE OF MASSAGE CHAIRS AT THIS LOCATION. Recently, I went into this store and sat in one of the demo massage chairs. I have hair that’s down to my waist and it was sucked into the chair. You can only imagine the terror that I felt as My hair was sucked further and further into this machine and I screamed for someone to help. Finally, a helpful shopper and my mother came over to help me. You see, the backing of the chair was ripped, exposing the massaging gears. I sat down unknowingly and almost had all of my hair ripped out. Many workers had to tear the chair apart and rip my hair out of the device. After the incident, nobody asked us to fill out an accident report and they only offered us 20% off. My hair was littered with grease and plastic and took a lot of work to get it back to its original state. Eventually, we ended up calling to report and accident in the store in which the corporate headquarters was able to offer us a small compensation. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

We were impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even stayed after hours for us. Good selection.

I registered here for my wedding and found some really good stuff. Sometimes it’s on the more expensive side, and you can definitely find a lot more online than in the local store.

Bed, Bath & Beyond is indeed A-​OK. Some stuff seems more expensive, but when you compare quality and pricing, it stacks up to the competition just fine. The problem is that they don’t always have styles that fit my taste.
I shop their sale section, and I never shop without a coupon. They usually accept a 20%-off-one-item for every item I have, and they even accept expired coupons. So I save them up and get what I need at a good price. Sure, I could pay less at Kmart, but I can usually get kitchen goods that last a little longer.

I only gave them 3 stars because this Bed Bath and Beyond seemed extremly small! I swear I started feeling so clostraphobic, and I don’t even have a problem being in small places! Although the employees were very nice everything was your typicall BB&B! Nothing new here for me, lol!
