Naveena behaves like an egocentric psychopath towards newcomers for no apparent reason. Pedantic, condescending & embarrassingly insecure for a bully her age. Worst energy of any yoga instructor I have ever met. Big fish little pond mentality times 10.

This is an awesome studio with a very accomplished teacher. Naveena just keeps making improvements to the place – every time I go up to Humco something has been upgraded at the studio and it just keeps getting better and better. The studio is beginning to resemble a chic urban loft. Naveena and her staff give good corrections and make you feel at home whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. It’s so comforting that I can continue my practice in my home town if I were ever to move back. This is a little gem.

This place introduced me to Bikram Yoga, and that was it, love at first sight. Naveena is awesome, she is motivating, firm, informative and positive. Although I did not get to stay in Eureka long enough to continue studying at this studio, I do credit it to my regular practicing now. Very nice teachers and studio.
