Well, first, you have to make up your mind, as to whether or not you want a singer or a dancer! (as per the late great Redd Foxx.) If you want a San Francisco showroom, prices and waiting time, errrrr, go to San Francisco!
I have had my Hunter Douglas Duets restrung there by Marcellas brother, whom I understand is still available by appt), and they came out good. Not perfect, but good. (There is some slack in the bottom of the duet that you need to pull up by the string to make it remain perfectly flat.) BUT, it was extremely well priced, so no real complaints from me!
As to the woman reviewer who had problems with cushions and drapes, you should either retry this place, or keep on «having no fun!» I took in a Mission Style ¼ sewn Oak rocker, in fact, Mark picked it up! (gratis)! It took a week longer than expected, but he was pretty backed up, and then he had a few days of a medical issue to deal with. BUT, EVEN WITH ALL THAT, IT WAS COMPLETED IN THREE WEEKS! Just a MAGNIFICENT job, with an excellent grade of (psssst-​it gets good here) high dollar material$ (r-e-m-n-a-n-t…heh, at ½ price), and I called today to see how it was going, expecting to have to wait a few more days, and set up a pickup, and when Mark answered, he asked «How do you like it?» Well «shut my mouth and call me skinny and late!» It was already sitting in my living room, proud as you please, screaming «LOOK AT ME!»
The only way it could be better is if they gave out Green Stamps! (remember green stamps?)

TERRIBLE customer service, especially considering how much they charge. My drapes were done and they didn’t even bother to call and tell me. Then I had to wait another week and a half for them to get installed, and that’s AFTER I had to keep calling back to get that appointment scheduled. When I called to check the status of my cushions (part of the same order as the drapes) I got the answering machine during business hours and 24 hours later still hadn’t recieved a call back. I called again and the OWNER (Marcella) couldn’t even check the status of my order for me!!! Isn’t she the one who MAKES the damn things!!! Do yourself a favor and find another company to deal with.
