I wanted to take a moment to personally compliment NMS and your employee that helped in our Fortuna branch yesterday. We had a complete office furniture install/​rearrange yesterday. The NMS employee that was sent down to deal with our electronics, Dana I believe his name is, was AWESOME! Patient, calm, kind, positive attitude, extremely professional, did his job and was a PURE pleasure to work with. We completely and totally appreciated him.
He also went ABOVE and beyond his job. He made sure I had enough plug-in’s, he set my phone up, my calculator and when it wasn’t the way I wanted it he moved it around. He even made sure my apple phone charger would work in the USB port.
Serious and sincere kudos to him. He made NMS proud yesterday.
I would NEVER contact another company for my IT needs. NMS is amazing.
