I enjoy the convenience of a coffee shop in the mall. It would be spectacular if the customer service from one particular employee was addressed. I get coffee daily and yet am still treated rudely. Not sure how that fits into a successful business plan but it doesn’t make me feel that my daily patronage is appreciated.

Very good ice cream kept at proper temperature. Pleasant personnel happy to serve. Order the SUPER SINGLE; it’s almost a double. No hype, just good old fashioned real ICE CREAM.

My fiancé’s family lives in Eureka so we visit them as often as we can. Every time we go, he just has to stop at Nona’s for his all-​time favorite Cotton Candy ice cream in a waffle bowl. We haven’t been able to find it anywhere else!

Great little ice cream place in the Bayshore Mall, locally owned! The owner, Wendy, is generally working the counter most days. She and her staff give awesome customer service. The ice cream is excellent for taste and reasonable for price. Try one of her smoothies, I reccomend Berry Blast! She even has hot dogs, polish and nachos if you need a quick bite.
