Unable to critique their work because the company did not return my attempts to reach them. I called three times and emailed over four days without any response. But, that being said, their lack of attention to a potential client is abysmal.

Excellent cleaning! A little higher priced than other traditional carpet cleaning services, but much more effective and dries in less than ½ the time of normal processes! They also cleaned all my upholstery for reasonable rates and had wonderful maintenance products to keep on hand between cleanings :)
