For those that know me and my reivews its all about customer service. I had the pleasure of working with there store manager and the store mascot bentley
I purchased the evic vtmini and my luck i had issues they have gone above and beyond diagnosing and fixing and repairing the unit they even swapped out pieces and even replaced my juice that was wasted for all the leaking. I highly reccomend this vapco. And the jimmy the juice man Shurb is awesome. Come on in say hey and say hi to bentley

This is the best vape shop in Humboldt County, Levi is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help any customer. His has anything thing someone may need. He stocks ecigs and ecig accessories for the experienced and the inexperienced vapers. The best best prices in town and the biggest selection of ejuice. The best part of shopping at river walk is the customer service Levi is super friendly and courteous. He is always ready to answer any question. If you need help or want to start using a rda go to Levi he is will to set anyone up

Best in the area! Levi know his stuff and can help anyone whether just starting or an experienced vaper. Great selection of juice with a fantastic house line. Prices just as low as online. Stop in for sure!

First REAL vapor shop in the area. Great selection of juice. With legit pricing, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re an experienced cloud chaser or looking for your first MoD, Riverwalk Vapors is a must.

I’m really happy that Riverwalk opened up in Humboldt because they are the only decent vapor shop that isn’t severely overpriced. Prices are really fair and the person that works there is fairly knowledgable. He is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever questions or concerns you have.
But my last experience here wasn’t that great because I feel like I was slightly mislead about a few batteries I bought. The brand of batteries I bought is called «Imren.» I bought a pair of them to replace the old Sonys I had. I asked the guy about their performance and he had only good things to say about the brand. Well I tried them out over the last week and they are absolutely aweful. Battery life is less than twice as short as my green Sonys and their overall performance just isn’t up to par.
I am not leaving a review solely based on my last visit to the shop but on all of my experiences there so far.
Just stay away from Imren batteries or any of these off chinese brands. Try to find AUTHENTIC sony, samsung, or phillips batteries online. Remember just because they are advertised as being authentic does NOT mean they are so make sure you are purchasing them from a reputable dealer.
As for Riverwalk vapor, they will continue to get my business but in the future I’ll rely more on my experience and less on someone else’s «expertise.»
