AVOID! My husband had his hair cut here on 02/​16/​2014 by a lady named Kelly. He said he felt mangled when he left the salon. He had scratches all over his neck, random long hairs sticking out, patches of hair that were completely missed… Please do not let your children be serviced by her. He said «ow» repeatedly when she was shaving his neck, but she obviously didn’t care that she was hurting him.
I called the manager, and she said we could come in and she would fix the haircut, but didn’t really seem to care that one of her stylists had caused red welt marks all over a customer’s neck. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Would love to file a complaint with a district manager that might actually care.
