Drove from Dallas to St Louis and stopped at this location along the way. I grew up on White Castle and always crave it (they don’t have it down in Texas). A lot of people think those small burgers of heaven are overrated but I couldn’t be happier to eat several.
Had my staple cheeseburger, a couple of chicken sandwiches and the jalapeño cheeseburger. All hot, all delicious. Service was pretty fast too. Will definitely stop by again whenever I repeat the roadtrip.

A must have when in St. Louis. This trip the food was good– as usual, but the service was a bit slow. Since we travel with kids– one uses a wheelchair-​we do drive-​thru, and eat in the parking lot, and take turns running into take care of «other» needs. The parking lot and store itself needed attention– lots of trash in the lot and it looked liked our cat had gotten a hold of the toilet paper in the ladies room.

This was the first White Castle we’ve had in years having lived in the south and west where they aren’t available except in the super market freezer. It was fun to visit, the food was hot, fast and fresh, and it brought back a lot of memories. The place could have been cleaned better and the staff could have cared more about service than talking between themselves. We relived childhood memories of the food (cheap and unhealthy as it is) but won’t be going out of our way to stop here the next trip. Three stars for the food and memories, one star though for cleanliness and service. Later on we remembered why we called them gut bombs as kids, LOL.

Really fast, friendly fast food. Mmmm I love me some sliders. Par for the course place– if you’re craving white castle, you’re already there so no need for a review. If you have yet to be initiated into its wonders, as boy was until ten minutes ago, well, you will probably be less than wowed and wondering what all the fuss is about (as he is).
Bathrooms were fine, service was speedy. Place smelled a little weird, as White Castles are wont to do.
