What a disappointment. We hired this company to surprise my family with a carpet cleaning for their new home in THEVILLAGES. My husband was given a quote of 140 – 145 dollars. This seemed very reasonable and we booked with them. When they arrived the technician never announced himself at the door. After I gave him a tour of the home. Keep in mind the house is completely empty and brand new. He raised the quote 35 dollars. I asked to speak to his manager who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was combative and defensive. I asked the technician to leave and told the manager she was fired. Would not recommend to anyone. Felt very taken advantage of. I appreciate the owners feedback. I still stand by what I said. I wish them luck and hope they have a successful business.

The technicians and owner of this company are friendly and professional. They have done work for our business and home and have been reasonable and honest. We did not clean our tiles professionally for almost 10 years and after they explained what was needed to restore our tiles to their former glory, we paid the extra cleaning charge they recommended. The tiles look like the day they were installed. On our home carpets they were thorough in their pre inspection and even went further to ask what our future intent was with the carpet since they saw we were remodeling. They educated us on what our possibilities were and ultimately they suggested not to do any major cleaning of the carpet since we did intend to remove it in a years time. Had they not asked, we probably would have gone with the higher priced cleaning because we just wanted it clean. Instead they addressed the problem areas that looked the worse and spot treated the rest. Potentially he saved us anywhere between $ 300 – 700. We are so grateful that he was honest with us and did not just try to «sell» us. Instead he educated us on our potential flooring options when we would change them, he also took the time to tell us pros and cons between tile, carpet, wood, etc. I read a lot of reviews on Unilocal to help me decide where I will do business at, I am glad I used this company, more importantly I hope this other reviewer who had a bad experience is happy with other service providers… It doesn’t seem like she is. For all your flooring and duct needs… For all you allergy sufferers … And any of your commercial and residential needs… Gator clean will get my business all the time, I will refer him to all colleagues and neighbors. Truly a company dedicated to its profession and family. It’s about time honest local businesses are supported and promoted!

You only paid for a standard cleaning we did recommend treating the areas you had spills and spots in you declined. Those areas require additional treatment. I offered to come back out you refused. Threatening to cancel the check unless I fixed it for free is WRONG and as I told you theft of service. I see you followed through with your threat about leaving negative reviews unless I fixed it for free. I was honest with you from the start and did exactly what you asked. Demanding something that you did not pay for is WRONG and would be stealing from my family. I see you leave similar negative feedbacks everywhere. This is where Unilocal and I have a problem it hurts honest business owners who are threatened to do more or face a negative review. Chris S are you related to Mary S? And Karla K? Funny they post up a 5 star review within hours of your posting of the above. I think you are delusional and off your meds. Do you even know whose house I am referring to? 1. My 87 year old father wrote you a check to clean the carpets in my house that we rent to him. He never threatened you with canceling the check. You did a crappy job!!! He showed me after it was done and it was crappy. I never demanded nor did my father demand anything from you. But while you are calling my father a thief and myself a thief, what do you call what you did? You stole from my family. You agreed to provide a service a sub par one at that and then cry foul with some wackadoodle story about stealing from your family. I suppose that everyone is supposed to give businesses a 5 star review correct? I mean according to you. I completely understand why you and Unilocal have a problem. When a customer is dissatisfied with your services. Rather than try and correct the problem and resolve it, you jump on Unilocal and call the customer a thief and come up with all sorts of nonsense. Do I have it about right? I mean let’s be honest here Chris S. You don’t have any problem coming on Unilocal running your yap about some delusional theory in your head about a customer who is not happy with your services. That is WRONG100% you stole from me and yet you come on here acting like you are the victim. That’s the real problem with Unilocal.If you don’t like the truth then correct your mistakes and do what you can to make your customers happy or don’t be surprised when they post up a negative review. So You got the review you deserve!!! If you want to call or come by and discuss it, bring it on I don’t take kindly to idiot business owners posting up defamatory statements about myself or my family because you just so happen to be in the unique situation of being a business owner. Maybe if you spent half the time you took to write the post and actually reached out and tried to satisfy the customer you wouldn’t be having this conversation. And by the way I want NOTHING from you. I’m telling other consumers my experience with your services and they sucked and I recommend they not do business with you. But all they have to do is read how in one afternoon you post up two glowing reviews in response to a 1 star review. Again if you don’t like it then perhaps a change of attitude or business policy is in order. No need for you to contact me because again I don’t want anything from you nothing for free, nothing for me to pay for nothing. Take it as a learning experience and next time when a customer writes a review you don’t agree with, why don’t you do like, heh more than 90% of the business owners out there and reach out to them to correct the feelings they are having about your business. Nope you just turned a negative into a double negative. Adiós.
