I purchased a hybrid mattress about a month ago now and so far my experience has been an exquisite one. Kathy was my sales contact and she came across as genuinely interested in ensuring I purchased something that was going to provide me comfort and reliability for years to come. I gave Mattress One an equal opportunity to earn my business but their pitch smacked of desperation — willing to sell me anything just so they ‘wouldn’t lose a sale to their competition’.
