This store sucks major @$$ I watched 2 episodes of ghost adventure and still no service. I walked and I was put on a waiting list and I was told that someone would be with me. Two episodes later I still haven’t been helped. All the employees go hide in the back room, when someone walks in the store one person comes out from the back room with their little tablet put their name on the list and go back to the back room and hide. I’m giving this store a NEGATIVE5 Stars. Don’t mind that one star, I had to put it there to be able to post this review. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! !!

If there were any way possible to give a NEGATIVE number of stars… I would! I traded in my daughters’ phones to upgrade and had a woman(Serephena) take them, and then told me to go to the mall to get the upgraded phones since this corporate location didn’t have them in stock. When I got to the mall, the Apple store had NO idea what to do with the paperwork this AT&T store gave me because it was improperly done.(Turns out Serphena is not a salesperson, but rather an «inventory person.» She was only allowed to buy back my phones, not give advice or information on anything else.) So, Apple said the two phones were not even eligible to upgrade, no matter that my online account said they were. Then, we drive back across town for a 3 hour visit to Mullins Crossing AT&T to start at square one. After MANY of HUNDREDS of dollars later, the girls’ phones were upgraded & mine was due in the mail the next day… yay!!! But not so fast… When my 128GB gold 6+ showed up to my house, it was cleverly disguised as a 6 instead of the 6+. Whoops, my original salesperson(Heather) @ the AT&T store ordered the wrong phone for me! –_– So now, I have to return the 6, and wait up to 28 business days to get the phone she said she ordered in the first place: the 6+. But no worries… I’ll have a GO-PHONE(?) to hang onto for the month. Add to this the fact that the store manager(Will) was VERY quick to tell me after all this mess that he is a manager and does NOT have to do anything that the corporate line(@611) tells him to do, and that all the«cross-overs» done in the past were the reason for all the confusion in the first place.(Translation: «This fiasco is not our fault at all, Lady, but yours for sharing upgrades in the remote past.») When I called 611 back today to see what recourse I had, the manager(Kayla) was very helpful but suggested I try the other corporate location on Wrightsboro Rd since«clearly Washington Rd has dropped the ball on every play they had here.» She ended the phone conversation with an apology and stated that she was«embarrassed at the level of incompetence at the Evans location.» Ultimately, I paid a lot of money and wasted gobs of time and was essentially told it was my own fault. No apology from the AT&T store in Evans, no compensation for my 6 hours of time(so far)… nothing. So the moral of the story is this: Cross the street; save yourself a HUGE headache and a LOT of heartburn… USEVERIZON!!! UPDATE: I went to turn in the phone that Heather incorrectly ordered for credit. You know those jokers CHARGEDME A RESTOCKINGFEE??? $ 35 for a phone THEY ordered in error. This just gets better and better…

No one ever wants to go into a Phone Store unless they have to, so it is good that this particular store is night, well-sized, comfortable(for a place you aren’t supposed to have to hang out in) and easy to access. The staff isn’t pushy like they can be in some stores that work on commission, when I’ve told them that we were just in the store to look at upgrading«in a few weeks» they’ve been helpful without getting in our way. When I’ve needed to upgrade my phone they’ve been accommodating and not tried to push me into anything I didn’t want or need. Like I said, no one wants to go into a phone store just for fun, but at least this location makes it less painful than it sometimes can be.
