My first time in I thought I’d always be giving this store 5 stars, I purchased almost $ 300 worth of product including a monogram item.
When picking up my monogram item and it being wrong, instead of asking to fix it for me the lady asked «are you going to cry.» I didn’t catch her name, started with a P I believe, older white haired lady.
I guess my money will go else where from now on!
