IHOP

Worst ihop that I have ever been too… Service is terrible… Food is terrible!!! We had to send all ours orders back because the food was either cooked to hard or burned… Never again!

Our server was very pleasant and attentive for how busy it was this morning. Our food was ok but my main issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our booth looked like it had never been wiped down and my feet stuck to the bathroom floors. It is filthy and I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Food was decent and our server was sweet. There’s a lot of unprofessional workers here though. Not our server but others were fighting about who does what and who needed to do what. All out loud and in front of many customers. Also saw a table near us steal all of the strawberry syrup by pouring it into a to go cup. Pancakes were on point as usual and hash browns were undercooked.

The service here has fallen. We sat down only to wait several minutes before someone would come service us. The girl that was supposed to looked like she was running a marathon and shouted to us twice she was coming after she cash out someone. I looked back out the window and saw another girl running towards the door possibly late but hand all in her nose. Ummm I’m going to see if she wash her hands. Heck no! This girl clocked in on the same machine the other employees were using. I can hear her talking to the girl that was supposed to take us. She asked her to take our table. I’m praying she’s going to go wash her hands first before coming over since she just walked straight in from wherever! She did not. Hi I’m your waitress. Can I help you with anything? Ummm yes go wash your nasty hands! The seat we were sitting on wAs dirty line bottom of feet dirty. The syrup container was so nasty that it stuck to the bottom of it. The coffee container when I finally got it was filthy with egg and jelly dried up on it. I’m sorry I didn’t take my husband’s suggestion to eat at Cracker Barrel! IHOP in Evans is pure nasty!

Service was HORRIBLE, food was cold, and had to get drinks refilled by a manager. Will NOT be back!

I was very disappointed with my service today. First of all my ADA rights were violated when after I informed the staff that my dog was a service animal still demanded to see some type of proof that he was a service animal. My dog was well behaved and did not disturb anyone you couldn’t even tell he was there. As if this was not bad enough I had terrible food. The bacon was only half cooked and the hash brow wasn’t even browned. When I brought this to the staff attention they took the bacon back and retuned it in s plate full of grease still cooking. The hash brown was so hard they were like potato chips. I wanted to try the new double dipped French toast but the end product was far from the add there was exactly 2 blackberries hidden under the whip cream. I was trying to spend some quality time with my daughter so I tried not to make to much of a fuss but I will never eat here again unless there are a lot of changes next time I will just go to Crackle barrel. I suggest you do the same.

Always good for a traditional American breakfast. IHOP never disappoints my momentary simple pleasures and cravings. This place is always hit or miss with the service and never not crowded. The staff is always courteous but unfortunately, always overwhelmed with a high volume of patrons.

I am one of those people who always orders breakfast when I got to IHOP. I tried the new «Blackberry & Vanilla Double-​Dipped Brioche French Toast» it was wonderful, very good. It was a mix of flavors that blended well. I usually stick with the pancakes, this time I am so happy I tried something different.
IHOP in my opinion always does breakfast well, this time was not exception. This time the place was packed but they were moving the people out very quickly and efficiently. I only waited about ten minutes for a table. They may want to take a little more time to clean the table in between the customers. My table was sticky and most of the cards on the table card holders were sticky and showed signs of neglect. Overall the experience was good and I enjoyed my meal and my server Collette was the best, she is very attentive and works very hard to please he guests.

I’ve been coming here for a while. The locations started dwindling a while back so this is the closest location to me. I have a love/​hate relationship with this IHOP. I love the food but I hate the service. It’s really very touch and go. Some days it’s average and some days it’s bad. What I love is that it’s one of our go-​to spots after a show or late night movie. Mister loves his pancakes. I’ve never ventured outside of breakfast food. I mean, they’re known for their triple stacks and it’s what they do best. I do love an omelet from time to time also. The coffee is good and they keep the pot full. If they could improve on service (timeliness of food, seating), I’d bump it up at least one star.

It just started off bad. From the time we walked in with the 3 other families we just stood there for approximately 5 minutes before a lady in a blue shirt came up and shouted «who’s next?» After the other patrons and myself decided the order my family and I was seated off to the right by a young man whom we assumed would be our server; were else ever wrong it would be another 15 minutes before we were even addressed by another young man who came from the other side to serve us. He took our drink orders and let us know he was happy to serve us but it might be a little wait as he was assigned to the other side and not ours. It was approximately 5 – 10 min before we received our drinks and upon receiving them we put in out meal order. It was another 20 minutes before we even received silverware along with a cup for the coffee that was ordered. At one point during the ordeal the family beside us got up to go seek their waiter as they had not been addressed. Hold ups or lengthy waits are expected in restaurants but not when only half of the tables in the area in which we were siting had customers. My family and I ended up leaving without being served after having been in the restaurant for 45 minutes. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve received since I’ve been in the Augusta, GA area. Although I will eat at IHOP again it surely won’t be this one.

The service was great, our waitress was super sweet and we got our food within about 10 – 20 minutes although the place was fairly empty with about two other tables full. I ordered the strawberry and cream crepes and they weren’t THAT great but i dont think that was the cook’s fault. I think its because they were slightly soggy due to the strawberries on top. Everything else was great though. just slightly dissapointed about my crepes. Definently going to try the crepes with the filling next!

I was really looking forward to Ihop but this experience turned me off. We sat down and several waitresses walked by us without taking our drink order. After about 20 or 30 minutes one asked if anyone had taken our drink order. She came over and took our order, but never brought the drinks out. They seemed to be focused on other things or other customers. I wouldn’t recommend going there at all.

Just left ihop and I ordered a waffle. To go with my meal and when I got the ticket I had to pay $ 6. 76 for a stupid waffle. I feel totally ripped off. Never going here again. Never.

I go to IHOP often. It’s not a gourmet restaurant but it has decent coffee and free wifi so I can work as I work from home. The pancakes and crepes are the best stuff on the menu. Their omelette share good too. Nothing else on the menu you can write home about. I did recently have the roast turkey and lingonberry melt, which was quite good, but I like lingonberries. My wife does not. If you’ve never had then they are a lot like cranberries but not as tart. My servers are usually quite polite and put up with me working from their restaurant in a unused corner. My server last time was Isabella. She was very sweet and attentive. My wife had a issue with her crepes and she fixed the issue promptly.

I’ve been here multiple time and had great experiences but today was an off day for them. My husband and I walked in and asked for a booth and when the hostess asked one of the waiters for a rag he said «there’s a napkin on the table use that». Just an insertion, cleaning up a table with a DRY napkin at a place where people commonly use syrup is probably not the best idea. Anyway, it turned out that awesome hard working server who told the hostess to use the napkin, Lawrence, was our waiter. Yay.
Lawrence came up to the table literally acting like anywhere else he could be would be better (no one LIKES their work all the time, but at least pretend, man) and took our orders as he watched me clean the table myself and not saying anything about it. Then as we waited we heard someone yell from the back, «she’s like the town bicycle man», cool family restaurant bro! Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is for past experiences and food is always good.

Foods are good but waitress was little pushy to let us pay when we are not done. They were not busy and they are open 24hours so what is the big deal right

Ordered take out from here on a Saturday night. it’s IHOP and they do breakfast.. Hubster and I both ordered the Country fried steak and eggs meal… it also comes with hash browns and 2 pancakes. .WE were told by the girl over the phone it would be ready in 20 and they were right on time… everything tasted as expected.. the hash browns were just a tad TOO crunchy around the edges but otherwise on par with any other IHOP…

Very poor service. Dining room is dirty, and no one working here seems to care. 1 hour before we got our food, and it wasn’t good!

We come here several times a year. Last night it was pretty empty compared to most times we’ve come through. This location is basically like a box of chocolates– you never know what you’re going to get, at least service wise. Tonight the service was decent once we were finally acknowledged as having come in the door. One thing I always appreciate is the dining area and restroom are always clean. The quality of the food and accuracy are usually on point as well. My favorite item on the menu is the Pick-​A-​Pancake combo, which I usually get with blueberry pancakes. The coffee is good as well. On the occasions when I ask for a fresh brew, they readily oblige, which rates pretty high in my book!

ok soooo, arrived at the IHOP and the waitress said she was going to clean a booth before seating. Then, took me to a booth on the other side of the dining area and put me in a dirty booth. She then half way cleaned it. This place has good food, just lazy staff.
