When you’ve seen one Starbucks you’ve seen them all, however this location gets a lot of traffic while still providing service quickly with a smile.
Whether you’re a Holiday blend drinker or custom Starbucks frappé aficionado, it seems like both the simple and complex are whipped up quickly.
The drive thru has a long entrance for the busy days so don’t worry about getting in the way of those trying to park. If you’re in a rush just order online through the Starbucks app and it usually takes 3 – 4 minutes. I’ve ordered a few times while in the same parking lot (like Target or Petco) and was able to drive right over and swoop up my coffee treat.

I spent some time studying at this Starbucks and was frustrated at how dirty the floor was in the front corner. I had crumbs and stir sticks littered all around me.
I was a barista for a few years and was surprised that with 6 employees in the store at the time, and not a long line, the milk/​sugar station wasn’t cleaned and resupplied once during the 2 hours I was there. I used to do it every 30 minutes. Customers asking for sugar and creamer didn’t provide spur anyone to action.
In spite of the mess, my latte was good and the register service was polite and friendly.

Also, if there are more than two cars waiting in the drive thru, go inside, get you’re order faster.

Rude drive through worker. Both my daughter and I can’t even suck our drinks through the straws because it is not blended at all. Is it possible to be runny and thick? Yes, at this Starbucks it is. My drink is runny with giant java chips that aren’t blended. I think I will contact customer service about this location. :(I just wanted a yummy coffee with a smile!

This is a great place to come read or just hang out with friends. There could be more seating inside, but it’s not a huge place to begin with. The service is good every time I go, and better yet they can actually make a good double shot on ice.

This is the Starbucks located inside Target. I have been there dozens of times and get great service and great coffee every time I visit. The white chocolate mocha is amazing as is the chai latte if you don’t want coffee. My kids love the cake pops and smoothies too. I would normally give them a 4 star but people have mid reviewed this as the one right next to Washington Road.

Its a Starbucks, so you always expect the same– Corporate style service.
This morning, it was a bit different. 5 women, having a great conversation among themselves and not much interaction with the clients. I never got much eye contact from my cashier. But the tea and cake were good.

It’s a Starbucks. The service is excellent, and even during peak hours the orders are done as quick as they can be.
I will say I have only received one wrong order and it was unfortunately today. Not bad for having been here perhaps 30 times or so over the years?
The location off Washington Road isn’t bad at all, in a shopping center with ample parking and probably the longest drive through I have ever seen.

The line is so slow on Saturday mornings! I hate the parking lot here as well. It’s terribly crowded and trying to get to the exit feels like playing Frogger at times. While it’s a standard Starbucks on the outside, it’s a hot mess of a hoarders dream. There’s a line that’s usually past the bakery case and on any given day, there are boxes of mugs, bears, and plastic wrapping blocking the bathrooms.
I’m usually hit or miss with the baristas as well. The drive-​through guy I got the one time I did it was hilarious but the many many times I usually walk in, the cashier looks like she wants to just get her day over with. It looks and sounds like a coffee break is badly needed in many cases.
But I’m stuck with Starbucks for now until Peet’s opens up in Augusta so they’ve got and I will grin and bear it.

Extremely rude staff, I think the person who served my coffee was Kiana, she needs to get fired, ASAP. Ordering coffee should be easier and more friendly than going to the DMV.

This Starbuck’s use to be top notch with service but not any more. On Saturday, July 13, 2013 around 8am I entered this Starbucks for a grande coffee. There was a rude and obnoxious heavy set girl with dark hair working the counter. She was very snappy and was trying to be funny with her childish responses. Management need to re-​evaluate or give more training on customer service.

Rude staff, and apparently don’t take orders well or make good drinks! I wanted an iced apple chai. What I got was apple juice. When she handed it to me at the drive thru, it looked very light, it should look like a cloudy darker tea, so I asked if she was sure it was an apple chai and she said it was. I took her word for it and as I rolled out the drive thru it was just apple juice. Did I really just waste my free birthday drink for apple juice? That’s pathetic. The people at the Starbucks in the Kroger down the road make wayyyyy better drinks than this.

My second favorite Starbucks in the CSRA. Crowd is younger, a lot of college students. A lot of times, there are no seats available, be prepared to get your drink and go.
