95% of the time I’m using the drive-​thru, but everyone here is always super nice and friendly and the service is quick. I normally order items with sour cream added (when they don’t normally come with sour cream, i.e. mexican pizzas). Every once in a while, they charge me but forget to actually add it. If I catch it, they fix it right away. I’ve only had one bad experience, but that’s been the exception.

Horrible service. My order took 20 minutes with no guests in the restaurant (5 people) and 3 cars in the drive through. I find this inexcusable and unacceptable.
Don’t eat here unless you’ve got a few hours to kill.

Well, it’s a Taco Bell, so if you’re expecting something great, look elsewhere. But in regards to this one in particular, their service and food are totally inconsistent. Sometimes, it’s the best-​tasting that Taco Bell gets. Other times, it’s hardly edible. Sometimes, you get your food right away. Other times it can take ten minutes. There’s a McDonalds in the same shopping center. You might want to go there instead. At least they are consistent.
